Lovely hotel

The hotel is very clean and lovely smell when you first walk into reception staff are lovely.when i walked into the room and got a suprise with balloons and bed with Swan and Rose petals

It was relaxing and a great getaway for our anniversary! We loved the room as it was clean and toilet was sparking clean

Room was lovely and staff were really helpful!

Tv kept saying to set date and time very time we turned it on. Food was ok, piri piri chicken was dry and not flavoursome. There wasn’t any bath soak or anything to go for a bubble bath.

Had an amazing time from start to finish

Beautiful spa Beautiful room (executive suite) . Staff were lovely and food was amazing .

I was expecting a jacuzzi bath in the room as that's what was advertised so I was a bit disappointed that it was just a bath , although the bath was very deep it wasn't a jacuzzi bath ... and thought we had our own private balcony but it was a shared balcony. That was lovely though too

We had a lovely time and we would definitely stay here again

On arriving at the hotel the girl on reception was really friendly and helpful. When we got to our room I was really surprised how lovely it was and I have never had such a large bathroom before. The bar and restaurant area was great and the staff were friendly. I was really pleased with the swimming pool and I liked the fact you didn't have to book a time to be able to use it.

The staff in the restaurant could have been a little bit more efficient.

Very relaxing and enjoyable.

Easy access to all facilities, rooms were all spotless very spacious and comfortable, food and drinks excellent and great customer service.

Would be great if treatment appointments were available on a Sunday.

We stayed at parkland suite last night and room is exceptional, jacuzzi bath was amazing bonus, stuff had outstanding customer service, breakfast was upto high standard, diner even better , coctail menu to die for. There is Gym and pool (we didnt use it though) We will rebook very soon.

There is absolutely nothing we didn't like. It exceeded our expectations if anyone complain about this hotel they have to reconsider thier decisions.

First Class Overnight Break!!

I was really impressed. I was expecting a very expensive bill but was pleasantly surprised. The food is superb, drinks are a good price, great atmosphere and the staff are superb. My wife and I will be coming back soon and would definitely recommend the hotel for an overnight.

Great Hotel outside Glasgow

ALL staff were professional helpful, knowledgeable and well versed on their role within the hotel. Enjoyed the food and drinks onsite. Excellent room, large walk-in shower and huge bath.

Spa is public facing too so it felt busy. Steam room broken. Glasgow via train/bus too long, we drove in.

We booked here at the weekend for our first year wedding anniversary and it was the perfect get away fro the night , the staff done a fantastic job with making it extra special for us. The facilities are spotless and the wellness area was brilliant the perfect place to relax , the room was also spotless and a really good size , we 100% recommend parklands to everyone … No bad marks from us and we will definitely be back 10/10 and a massive thanks again to the staff who were outstanding

Not safe

Property is not safe to park your car. Has no CCTV working in car park where your car should be safely parked.

My car got hit in the car park of the parklands hotel on NYE during my stay. Contacted the hotel very unhelpful then a manger called Gillian left me a voicemail telling me the CCTV in the car park broke before Christmas! So parking your car in this car park at the hotel’s reception is not safe at all!

the hotel room was very nice

The food was not nice. The waitresses took 20 mins to clear our starter plates - my starter also came wrong. My boyfriends scallops for main was uncooked

Exceptional stay, will definitely be back!!!

Had a fantastic sleep, bed extremely comfortable. Loved the extra pillows. The room in general was exceptional!! Had dinner and the staff and food were absolutely amazing. All staff from check in and out to using the leisure facilities to dinner were impeccable. We will be recommending the hotel to all friends and family.
