Centralt, velfungerende og value for money

Alt fungerede virkelig godt, med undtagelse af sovesofa i stue, der var så blød, at vi måtte lægge madras på gulvet - men derefter lå man fint :-)

Zeer centraal gelegen ruim appartement!

Ruim appartement, rustig gelegen en zéér centraal!! Je stapt naar buiten, door een straatje en staat op het grote, centrale plein. Ontbijt op een andere locatie maar keurig verzorgd. In buffetvorm met ruime keuze.

Er hing een muffe geur op de badkamer, toiletten. (ondanks raampjes open) Hadden het op prijs gesteld als er meer handdoeken waren geweest of op ons verblijf van 3 nachten een keer vervangen zouden worden. In 1 slaapkamer schijnt het licht van het naastgelegen trappengat. Dit geeft best veel licht af, dit is niet af te dichten.

Die Lage war großartig.

Wir hatten leider nicht das erwartete Appartement mit Dachgeschoss und Terrasse. Platz war dennoch genug. Punktabzug: Löcher in den Handtüchern und zu wenig Toilettenpapier.

I felt so disappointed because I booked and paid for 50 m2 one bedroom apartment but I lived in the 20 m2 space room on

The location

The elevator was broken all the way. We booked here because of the elevator, however we stayed 4 nights but the elevator was still out service when we checked out. My parents were both over 75 years old, and all of us were short girls. We kept in touch the teams before we arrived to make sure here’s the elevator. They said yes they surly has an elevator before , but never said anything at the check in day morning about the broken elevator although we really kept in touch on that day morning. When we arrived about 16:00, they were no body in the reception and we found the elevator was broken in building B. At last we carried the heavy luggage over 23 kg /per upstairs and so did my old parents.

No surface space at all in bathroom so we had to put cosmetics on the floor.

If you would stay without any doubts; bring with you cleaning staff like garbage bag and if you can stay without AC I wo

Close to old town and near to everything. Easy to move on.

No cleaning staff to bring garbage bags, no AC even though it mentions there’s AC but honestly no. Very noisy people and drank after 10pm. I won’t recommend to be honest if you have family I mean kids. Hopefully they’ll do much better.

Great location, lots of space, amazing view

Great location right between old town and the newer part. Everything is walkable. Apartment was huge, giving our family of 4 lots of space to spread out which was nice after several long travel days. Halveska market right outside your front door, old town square around the corner, but walkable from the bus/train station.

A little surprising to have the entrance sandwiched between Hooters and Harley Davidson's, but was not an issue. Bring earplugs - but that is always true when you want to be in the thick of things!

Good location, right in the Old Town Prague, within walking distance to tourist attractions. Superb facilities for long stay. Easy access to main streets. Auto door. Downstairs is Hooters bar serving excellent food & beer.

Elevator is not working so quite challenging for family with heavy luggages.

Very good

The rooms were big and beds were very comfortable. There was air conditioning in both rooms, which was much needed for the heat during summer. Kitchen was good with all the necessary utensils and pots & pans etc. Microwave was also available. Location was really good, very close to the town square.

Our room was on 3rd floor and the elevator did not worked. We had to carry the luggage our selves to the third floor as well as climbing third floor every time. We did let the property know about the elevator when we arrived, but nothing was done to fix the elevator. I suspect that the elevator had been out of order for sometime and nothing had been done to fix it. I would have given this property "Exceptional" rating, but just because of the elevator issue not being handled, I am giving it "Very Good"

Nice spacious rooms. Excellent shower. The location was excellent. 2 mins walk to the old town square. 10 mins to Charles bridge.

Because the apartment was so close to the square it did get quite noisy at night. Had to keep the windows shut which in mid may is not really a problem but it can be in the height of summer.

Fantastic central hotel, would definitely stay again

The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. The room was super clean and tidy. The shower was incredible, we all had multiple showers a day just to stand underneath the rainfall head. Location was perfect and given how central it was you couldn’t hear a thing from the streets! Checking in and out was super easy and you could store your luggage pre check in/ post check out. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

A bigger bin and dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher because I didn’t want to buy a whole pack if I wasn’t going to use all of them.

Bed and location was great.

The shower was either to cold or hot. Toilet was stinking for the whole duration of our stay and flush was Brocken. Also, there were no soap/cream for hand wash. Also, when we complain about the problem at reception they said since we have booked from booking.com they won't be sorting these issue and we need to deal with booking.com. This is the first time we have heard such a weird excuse. So reception was not at all helpful.

Location is just perfect. The moment you walk outside the building, you start the feel the spirit of Prague. 1 min walk to Astronomical Clock, few mins from Karlův most. Beds are comfortable, living room as well. Temperature within the apartment was great, considering it was very cold outside and we were two families with 5 kids. Kitchen is big, allowing 10-12 people to confortably have a meal.

Kitchen cabinets and appliances are due to be changed. It is very old and it's soon to be falling apart and that cannot be seen in the images. Traces of mold and water damage puddle on the kitchen ceiling. Bathrooms need to be fixed. Especially toilet seats that were damaged when we got there, but it's manageable. Water pressure is very low, so it takes time to finish taking a shower. With that being said - everything above is very manageable, but the amount of dust and dirty floors is where I draw the line. It is absolutely unacceptable to allow such amounts of dust to be generated, especially when you have a cleaning person there after every stay. ( literally knocked on our door at 10:00).
