Disappointing

Almost nothing

Pictures shown for room in booking.com are fake, real room which they gave us had a broken single bed and near to break double bed. Also they don’t have extra large double bed, its queen bed. Washroom was dirty with dead insects laying on the floor. They don’t have lift and if you have car there are only paid parking options available which you have to pay through some application. Hotel staff doesn’t know how to pay the parking fee so you have to manage your own ways (parking machines also don’t work on that street).

My recent stay at Art Hotel Claude Monet was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by an enchanting atmosphere. The walls adorned with exquisite paintings and sculptures, all inspired by the renowned artist Claude Monet, immediately transported me into a world of creativity. The attention to detail in the artistic decor throughout the hotel was truly impressive. The rooms themselves were a work of art. The tasteful incorporation of Monet's famous motifs, such as water lilies and landscapes, created a soothing ambiance. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities provided all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The staff at Art Hotel Claude Monet were friendly, knowledgeable. They were always eager to share information for nearby art galleries and cultural attractions. The location of the hotel was also ideal. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Absolutely nothing,avoid at all costs.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. When we arrived, they forced us to pay immediately, before even viewing the rooms. When we entered the rooms, they weren't cleaned AT ALL, to the point that in my room there were supplies from previous guests, along with the hair in the bathroom. I've asked the receptionist to clean it, while he tried to convince me that it is clean. I got a new room, but that one wasn't much cleaner. The entire hotel is unclean, dark, the sheets smell of cigarettes, the towels have stains, the toilet has residues. The closets are so dirty that my friend put his shirts inside and the next day they were black. My other colleague had a broken balcony door and they refused to change her room. My rooms wasn't being cleaned during my stay and when I asked them why, they said its because they don't have an extra key for it and I'm carrying the only one. The 2 receptionists, except for the female one, don't know English or pretend they don't know and are not cooperative. One of them is extremely rude and should not be working with people. The breakfast is served from 9-11 which is not indicated anywhere during booking,and doesn't suit anyone in case you come for work or join day trips since you will leave at 8 or before. For the price of 10 USD per day for breakfast, we couldn't access it and the receptionist, when asker, didn't even want to bring me the apple from kitchen so that I could eat something before. The one day that I did manage to have breakfast, I found a black hair in cheese and lost my appetite. The mattresses are so uncomfortable and ancient that my hips were hurting after a couple of days from the metal sprungs inside and the pillows are very thin. I have never slept on such poor mattresses. There were 8 of us in that hotel and the 2 left since they were smart and refused to pay before seeing the rooms.

Perfect host and a really good place to stay. They managed everything what have being asked, additional bed and a night time transfer provided. That was a very pleasant experience!

The hotel itself is in an excellent location,with everything nearby. The breakfast is decent but not a lavish spreaded.overall a value of the spent.staffs were very cooperative and lovely.

Could have provided the daily amenities as water , even nit asked. But overall nothing much to dislike.

reasonable value for money, although in retrospect should have rather spent more on a nicer place for such a short trip (3 days). really nice water pressure in the shower. helpful staff organized transfers to and from the airport.

no one came to straighten up the room or change the towels during the entire stay. the breakfast is very very modest. edible but no joy 😅. mostly cold, no coffee. the tv in the room didn’t seem to be working (or the remote batteries were dead). the internet is really slow and could barely pull off Instagram. very dark room, could use more lights/lamps.

Staff, service, breakfast, location and price-performance ratio were great.

Room was comfortable, breakfast was great and cleaning was okay, but would be better.

Walls between rooms were thin. We can hear voices of people in the other room.

Beautiful hotel. Perfect breakfast. Very comfortable room. Stuff very friendly. Location- it's center of Tbilisi, nearby you can find all shop, restaurants and entertainment. I advise everyone this hotel, you will definitely be satisfied.

Exceptional

we are traveling with children and look for a large room. Art Hotel Claude Monet have a two rooms with a door between them, so everyone have their space. Around it there are quite a few restaurants which we liked serving Georgian cuisine. It worth mentioning the interior design in Georgian style, cosy, plenty of color. Claude Monet’s staff create an atmosphere of family hotel. We have been staying there every time we visit Georgia, it’s almost a tradition. I recommend this place to everyone visiting Tbilisi.

It was OK

- polite staff - cozy view from the apartment, I liked trees right next to the window and small balconies - there eateries nearby - the apartment is bigger that any other apartment in same price category

- the walls and furniture in the apartment weren't clean and were covered with some kind of sticky dust - the ceiling is lower than in regular apartment - leaking bathroom The apartment doesn't look that well in real life as on photos.

Pleasant and comfortable stay, would recommend

I arrived a day early (technically - I arrived 05:00 on the day of check in) and was fortunate enough that the room was ready and available. A very nominal early check in fee is all I paid the next day when definitely making sure I still had one more night. Well worth it to get a few hours rest before heading out for the day, my other option I had planned was to stay up or sleep on a sofa! The staff were also friendly and I liked the comfort of the room and the design of the place.

Something I learned about Georgian culture is that Tbilisi goes to bed late and wakes up late. Because of this, it was fairly loud outside until late, and breakfast (unlike the UK and anywhere else) is later than expected. But this was true of the three different hotels I stayed in over this trip, so nothing against this hotel. I would highly recommend it but bear in mind the concept of "free breakfast" if you have to leave early that day.
