The location of the property was perfect for Red Rocks and surrounding areas. The staff were very friendly.

It could be a nice place but unfortunately they are understaffed so the maintenance of the rooms have not been kept up. The staff that is there are very nice and apologize that they are understaffed. First thing they say is we cannot service your room every day. Then we had to get a different room because so many things were broken in our first room. We had a King Corner suite so we were paying good money for our room. The coffee maker in the room is a joke and the blow dryer is also. Our bathroom faucet was broke in the 2nd room but they came and fixed it. The bed is so bad the squeaking will keep you up every time you move. One morning the restaurant did not open because they didn’t have a server show up. They only had one server when they were open and I saw the front desk girl helping in the restaurant.

Beautiful hotel with modern amenities. Friendly front desk staff. Convenient location.

This hotel is an expensive option for the area; however, worth the extra expense because of its close proximity to the amphitheater. The restaurant was comfortable and welcoming. Our service for dinner was very slow, not because of lack of effort. Restaurant staff was limited to 2 wait-staff and one bartender. Fellow diners had to scrounge for silverware and water, while other waited for wait-staff to bring dining necessities. The staff was professional throughout the chaos and never once complained or seemed exasperated.

Love the outdoor fire pit; we sat out there every night Loved the design of the place it was modern and had nice lines. The staff was friendly and accommodating  Vinnie, hey, no, you’re not going in there the bartender was amazing! So we’re Britton and Chantal

no drawers for putting your clothes away  Water pressure in the bathroom sink was poor

The Bluetooth wasn't about to connect to listen to music of the concert we were there for.

Location was great

I had reservations for at least 3-4 weeks in advance and when I checked in around 5:15 pm, a room was still not ready to be occupied. We finally got in the room about 5:30, and that was with a hurried rush request from the front desk asking the manager to check the room as good so it could turn green in his computer to book it. We had dinner reservations at 6:00 pm In Golden and our Lyft had to be cancelled because it was coming at 5 :30, and we still needed to get dressed and ready for the night.
