Snídaně byla velmi dobrá. Pokoj v klidném prostředí a dobré lokalitě. Personál ochotný.

Ale od restaurací (obědy a večeře) bych očekávala podstatně více. Jídlo dobré, ale průměrné. Poměr cena a kvalita vychází hodně špatně. Hotelová pláž není střežena plavčíkem, což je velmi zásadní chyba. Ještě jsem se s tím v hotelu i nižší kategorie ještě nesetkala. Na pláži je ve vodě hodně skrytého kamení pod vodou. Takže je pláž spíše vhodná jen k opalování. Lze sice jít vedle na veřejnou pláž, ale kvůli tomu si asi člověk hotel této kategorie nevybírá. Hotelový pokoj pro 3 dospělé děti - 2 normální postele, ale 3. krátká a nepohodlná. Když platí 3 dospělé osoby, asi by bylo vhodné mít 3 župany a nikoli 2.

Das Kempinski Hotel war eines der Besten Hotel die wir je besucht haben. Die Lage für ein Stadthotel mit eignenen Strand war einfach nur perfekt. Die gesamten Speisen und der außergewöhnliche Service sowie die Freundlichkeit vom gesamten Hotelpersonal war einfach nur fantastisch. Alle Wünsche wurden Dir förmlich von den Augen abgelesen.

La zona molto bella e residenziale, vicino c'è una zona con tutti i servizi. Nel complesso hotel molto bello e pulito, personale veramente gentile e disponibile per tutto. Colazione ottima con prodotti anche gluten free.

Tout était parfait , le personnel, la propreté , l’état des chambres, l’accueil , la gentillesse , les informations … nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour grâce à eux. Merci également au concierge qui nous a facilité pour tout ( Bachir , Abbas , Mohamed , …) Nous avions le petit déjeuné et il est complet et incroyablement bon ! Il y a de tout et pour tout.

رائحة شراشف السرير زفرة برائحة اليحر لم استطيع النوم لهذا السبب والسرير ناشف جدا مطعم الافطار رائحته ايضا زفرة برائحة البحر والاطباق المعدة على كثرتها الا انها غير مناسبة لوجبة الفطور وغير متغيرة وغير لذيذة لدرجة ان يومين من 6 ايام لم اذهب للفطور 😞 الاثاث بالغرفة قديم يحتاج تجديد

Das Buffetangebot beim Frühstück und Abendessen war umfangreich, vielseitig und qualitativ sehr gut. In diesem Rahmen sind ebenso erwähnenswert die sehr aufmerksamen, freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Servicemitarbeiter.

Leider mussten wir uns erstmalig in unserer langjährigen Reiseerfahrung in einem 5-Sterne-Resort mit gerade mal 1m breiten Betten begnügen (Superior Zweibettzimmer). Die Strandlage vermochte uns weder zu einem Spaziergang noch zu einem Bad animieren - hat doch Muscat insgesamt wesentlich Besseres zu bieten. Vor diesem Hintergrund sowie den insgesamt gemachten Erfahrungen können wir uns einen nochmaligen Besuch nicht vorstellen.

- Breakfast was includes in the packages but don’t have service to deliver to room. - overall is not value for money - Room carpet was not clean , having some dirt spots - booked sea view room , but can’t see the sea from the room window, partial sea view when sitting in the balcony

Rooms a bit old, food is quiet expensive for what is (salad and glass of wine is 35pounds). The dinner is fine. Light in rooms was a bit dim as well.

Une merveille, design et qualité. Rue piétonne, marina à 5 mn. Très belle chambres, personnel au petits soins.

We loved our stay at the Kempinski, especially the staff, they did everything they could to make our stay perfect

Had been regular customer of this hotel and always happy to come back as facilities / comfort and customer care are on top level. Also flexible with late check out / early check in if there is an opportunity. All went well as always! Thanks for the hospitality.

Location is close to the airport and good for meetings in the hotel but if any trip outside this should take another 20-30 min to get to the downtown

Carmen Venter gave us a very warm welcome. She changed our room to a more favorable room since I had incorrectly booked. The staff in general were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good.

There is nothing not to like at this establishment.

Pretty far from the city center

The Hotel was perfect and meet our expectations, specially the staff were very professional and supportive during our stay. I would like to thank AMAL for her kindness and support where she upgraded our stay for a better room :). in overall, I would recommend anyone to visit the hotel and I would rate it 10/10.

Just the location is a bit far from City Center. however, the hotel is located in a very beautiful compound which you will find everything you need.

restaurant prices was over, for dinner one person 28 rial Omani another restaurant was full, another one was private dinner we had go out hotel for dinner .

I liked everything

Beautiful resort! Close to airport. Service was outstanding. This is not a cheap option but definitely worth the money. We had a deluxe Seaview room- it was huge and absolutely luxurious. Steps away from the beach and both pools- which were fabulous and needed in Muscat’s heat. We loved our time here! Thank-you Kempinski Hotel Muscat!
