Great getaway place with a great view! I used cab to get around the town.

Fantastic hotel with a great view! The room included the stove, silverware and real ceramic cups/plates as well!

The hotel should be able to handle situations when amenities are not working

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suit. The kitchen space was perfect. A large fridge and dishwasher. The breakfast had a large variety and was fresh. The staff at breakfast worked very hard and were always smiling. Front desk staff was pleasant but seemed unfazed by the amount of things out of order at the hotel.

We booked this hotel for their Hot tub and pool after another resort called us 1hr prior to us checking in to tell us their water amenities were closed. I called Homewood suits to ask if we could check in at 3 and told them our current situation. They said our room was ready. Upon arrival there was a sign at the from desk saying their hot tub was out of order along with 1 of their elevators. I expressed my frustration with this and they said it was on their site but because we booked with a third party it still showed availability. The pool area was nice but was not cleaned well. There was large amounts of hair all throughout the pool. Our room was not cleaned well. There were multiple dead flies on the windowsill, garbage beside the bathroom sink. We spent $150 more to stay here for two nights with the beleif we could use the hot tub.

Was a perfect couple night stay for our work trip.

Complementary breakfast was a nice bonus every morning.

Elevator close to our room was out of service.

Best facility on this trip across 5 states. Good value.

This was the second stay at this hotel and, but for the premanufactured breakfast, it is excellent

The room was spacious and well equipped but the tea and coffee facilities were inadequate The beds and bedding were superb

awesome but the cleaning of the room should be a bit better.

the breakfast and the gym and the pool. there were people taking all the towels from the pool and the manager got involve which I feel was fair. people should be more considerate of others. love the basketball court,grill and the parking around the hotel.

there was hair in our bath/shower and it was not from us. so it was disappointing but overall it was great stay.

Would absolutely book again

Beautiful hotel. Complimentary breakfast was great. There was a complimentary dinner one night, too which was fantastic. Staff were super friendly as well

The hot tub was closed, which my daughter and I had been looking forward to using

Un plaisir *all the way*!

L’aménagement des lieux en général et des chambres en particulier, côté techno et logistique, la propreté impeccable, l’accueil extrêmement courtois, mardi soir, la gentillesse de tout le personnel dont celui de la salle à manger, le petit déjeuner délicieux! Et les décorations pour l’Halloween étaient très appropriées 🎃🎃🎃🎃!

We have already discussed plans to return for the spring.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was more than expected and service staff very friendly and helpful.

Superb

The hotel is clean and friendly and located on top of six flags great escape park. The rooms are actual suites with kitchenette.

We had a sofa bed for one of the guests and it was not as comfortable as we hoped.

Wonderful experience and we will be back next year.

Staff was pleasant, helpful and efficient. Bigger room than I expected, and it was spotless.

Breakfast was limited and not especially good. Although the location was near the state park, which we enjoyed, it would have been better to be in town.

Book now, it's worth it

This establishment is by far one of the cleanest I've ever been to! The staff was great,the ambiance was great and the breakfast was excellent 👌🏾,there were lots of choices. I do not have a single complaint about this place !!! We will visit again soon!

The comfortable gathering area, and breakfast was great. The coordinator made certain to keep food fresh warm and accessible. Also being away but not far from other attractions in the area.

The pool is shallow and the hot tub should be reserved for adults. Or an adult only area added
