The hotel is stunning, looks like something out of the Caribbean, really clean and pretty, split into 2 blocks, pools are beautiful. Its 5 mins from marina and 3 mins from all bars and restaurants, 5 mins from stunning beach!

Close to restaurants, beaches & local shopping centres. We liked the pool. Kitchen in the apartment was nice. I feel that the cleaners should be given more recognition as they do a fantastic job with the rooms.

When we entered the property we didn't get the garden view that we asked for. We felt like we were shoved to the back of the hotel with no view apart from a bush and sony building. We were given two single beds that we kept having to push together. Ants always in our bathroom and bedroom. We had a problem with noise. We could hear everyone and everything they were doing. Our first night at 6am, someone was banging on our door. We woke up terrified. This was going on for some time. When we opened the door the man said he got the wrong door. But nobody came out to say stop. You'd think reception would of heard this as it was so loud. The bath was slippy. When asked for a bathmat they said we don't have any. We had to use a towel. Every sound made in the other rooms echoed through. We found it so hard to sleep at night because drunk people coming back making noise. The safe didn't work and we also never received any beach towels. It was my fiancées birthday weekend and she wasn't impressed. Our garden view was awful. We didn't feel safe.

Extremely enjoyed the restaurant. Very friendly and professional waiters. Super delicious food with a good choice. Nice that the hotel has the own parking. Good territory. Animators. Very friendly waiters.

room cleaning was not good enough. I throw the piece of paper on the floor in the corner and it was remain for many days. need more bathroom equipment and shower.

We stayed in the budget apartment and it was a great size. Sofa beds were just as comfy as the beds. Nice and cool. Swimming pools are gorgeous and lots of sports, evening entertainment and a playground to stay busy

Everything. The front desk at the reception was super nice although the late hours. Thank you for this. Breakfast was great, cleaning was super and all the hotel staff was helpful and cheerful. Maintenance was super up to date. All good. We all thank Inturotel for our nice vacations.

The only change I would make is the pool music. Something softer would be better, but this is only a detail on all the good things this hotel has.

Fab pools, really helpful staff, spacious bedrooms and they were kept so clean. Also really close to everything in cala dor, but they had free parking which was great as we had a hire car. Always a sun lounger free which is great! Travel cot included and they brought a highchair to the room.

We didn't have the best view from our room at all, I was going to ask to change but dealt with it in the end. The room was very quiet with all the doors shut though which is great with a baby

Very well cleaned, good size, amazing facilities, good breakfast and dinner.

Our room was above the kitchen where there was an engine that makes lot of noise and vibrates the room walls, we suspect all the aircon machines were there or other noise sttuf. Once in a while the engine got strong and we ended up awaken during the night. We had to wait 3 days to be alocated to another room but the new room had cigarret smell so we decided to stay with the noise.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in, not only in Mallorca, but anywhere. The breakfast was great, the pool was great, and the weather was great. It's the beginning of high peak season, so it was not as busy as it can be.

I rarely give ratings, but here I am happy to do so. The hotel offers an ideal price-quality ratio. The apartments are very large and well equipped. Here you will find everything you need to prepare food, coffee, etc. The beds are large and incredibly comfortable. Cleaning service deserves 11/10. The cleaning lady cleaned the apartment for us, folded our clothes and prepared everything that made it easier to pack our way back. At this price, in addition to great apartments, there are outdoor and indoor swimming pools, sauna, gym, bars, restaurants, and animations every evening already in May will make your stay even more pleasant. There is also a mini club. The hotel is also a good base for exploring the island because the roads in the area are good and the journey in every direction of the island is pleasant and without problems. There are some drawbacks to improve, but they do not affect the final score. One of the ladies from the reception said that the gym can only be booked for 45 minutes which was not true as I booked for an hour earlier. I do not know the truth, but 45 minutes for training is not enough, the limit should be increased min. up to 1.5h. The second downside is not very hot water in the jacuzzi and indoor pool. The new jacuzzi would raise the rating to 11/10.
