Hotel is very good, but the bedding in the rooms is way past needing an update.

We loved the staff, the gardens, the location, the restaurants in the area and the beach access.

We paid over $200 AU per night for the Suite Classic Bungalow room, which is their high end accommodation. This room had the hardest bed we have ever encountered in a Hotel in our lives. We have visited Bali over 70 times and many other counties in our travels, and I have never come across a bed like it.

A little bit pricing but probably compared to other hotels near by it would relevant.

Very basic and over priced compared to other acomodations in the area.

Good location, spacious cottage, clean linen.

Not as advertised. The accommodation is very basic and run down with old (but clean) towels and bedding. Some rooms just looked at a blank wall and many were facing straight on to the access path so had to have their curtains closed all the time for privacy. Weak aircon, old, dirty fridge, very dirty windows, dirty curtains, old plastic bins everywhere, most of the staff were very pleasant but service at the restaurant by one particular lady could be very ‘interesting’. The front entrance driveway and paths to some cottages flood really badly so we had to take our shoes off and paddle, weak aircon, swim up pool bar never open. Basic continental breakfast with bacon end eggs as a side order.

Nice older style hotel

The pool was great! Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Pool has swim up bar that is not in use. Would have been perfect if the nice man that sat in the pool area most of the day offered drinks and snacks.

Good place to start Bali adventure. Everything close by and helpful to organise transport etc. Filling breakfast to star

Great location - very close to local restaurants, hotels, shops and bars. Having private access to the beach is a great addition.

The hotel itself is an older hotel. While it is very clean and comfortable, the rooms are basic and potentially due for an upgrade once tourism kicks back into gear.

Location is great but unfortunately it really needs a lot of maintenance especially the rooms.

Peaceful

Beautiful Balinese Style Resort. Staff treated us like members of their family. Room is spotless. Fresh cooked breakfast delicious. Location is excellent. This was our second stay here and we are looking forward to many more.

Water pressure gets low around 5pm, have to shower early to get good pressure

Location was great right off the beach and pool.

Hotel was a little outdated. Restaurant only had basic breakfast and no lunch or dinner (at least the time i went) they only had drinks.

Very relaxing stay with a nice pool and beach.

Good beach, nice pool area, tropical garden setting. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

A bit dated and could do with some maintenance in a few areas. Did not like having a dirty plastic rubbish bin on our patio where we were relaxing. Moved it away several times and it was put back in the same place still with a dirty lid.
