Allt är av bra kvalitet. Alla ytor är rena och personalen jobbar ständigt med att se till att det är fint. Vackra lotus blommor, trevliga dofter, vänlig och hjälpsam personal, samt en vilja att vara till hjälp, alltid med ett leende på läpparna gjorde vårt besök mycket minnesvärt. Personalen i restaurangen var också väldigt vänliga och hjälpsamma. Jag vill särskilt nämna Farman som gjorde våra besök på restaurangen till mycket trevliga tillfällen.

Hotellet är inte beläget på ett trevligt området vad gäller renhet, men det hela återspeglar New Delhi. När man väl förstår att detta i stort motsvarar omgivningarna i New Delhi så känns det ganska okej ändå.

Check in was smooth. The reading library in the Club room was very nice to enjoy while waiting for room to be cleaned.

Bathroom could use a little more attention as the faucets and sink was not as clean as it should be for the price and class of hotel.

Brakfast was good and room was tidy but with old electric connections , some of which broken , poor lighting and restroom not the expectations . Lack of space for the price and not very comfy Housekeeping staff were very kind

The hotel , facilities & management were very helpful. We had several issues throughout our holiday in India . They assisted us to make our trip very comfortable in Delhi. A special thanks to Ms Shirpa, throughout our stay was very pleasant and also upgraded our rooms due to all travel problems, as we were very tired and hassled. This made our stay very memorable. A special thanks to Ms Shirpa and her team during checkout too were very helpful too as we had a situation with my mobile phone being stuck in an uber car. All in all, hotel with a heart!

Tolle und gemütliche Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Hotel bietet jede Menge Möglichkeiten, um nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen.

Die Preise im Restaurant entsprechen deutschem/ Schweizer Niveau, jedoch ist das Essen sehr lecker und frisch.

The facilities are overall very good and fairly clean. The restaurant is good however, expensive. Helpful staff but they seem overly polite, to a level that seems like they are really being pushed to be like that. Special thanks to Pradeep that was our driver for the day and shown us around town, his personality and approach was excellent.

Even though the room was clean, we found a small cockroach in the sink on the last day. Good services but very pricey.

The music in the restaurant was good and the staff had attention to detail in cleaning the room.

We couldn't use any of the facilities such as the spa or the salon because those were all booked. We chose this hotel for that purpose and we couldn't enjoy it. Also the pool is unusable because of the pollution and even though it's a 5* hotel they don't have an indoor pool. They ringed us 3x before checking out and 1 after check out. 2 times were to ask for feedback, one time they mistakenly wanted to clean our room and one time to ask us to check out 10 minutes before the checkout time limit.
