The breakfast was really nice and the kitchen staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the centre of everything, perfect location for a hotel.

We initially booked the standard rooms however we upgraded it upon arrival. It was a good decision to upgrade as the standard rooms were small, no movement space and had no view at all.
The rooms facing the river are extremely spacious and equipped with everything you need. The bathrooms was spacious too. The view at night over the lake is beautiful.
The breakfast was great. The staff at the breakfast tables was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The pool was alot smaller than advertised in the pictures.

Geen warm water in de douche - diner is mogelijk maar prijzen van de wijnen zijn minstens 3 keer duurder dan elders

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good.

The breakfast (included in our stay)was excellent, as were all the other meals we had there, some lunches and dinners. In fact, for the 3 nights we were there, and after sampling the lunch, the only meal we had outside the hotel was on the first night.
Our room was situated right above the entrance and overlooking the parking area. There was obviously no view and it was rather noisy.

Ohhh the poached eggs 🥚 were my best…most hotel restaurants don’t get it but here it was just what I needed
The hotel is nice but the shower was terrible, water doesn’t go down the drain and the shower is filthy it needs to be properly cleaned. The shower head needs to be replaced.

Was allocated a room upstairs when my husband is using a stick when I requesteded the change was told its fully booked..so that was the only downfall

Nice hotel on the bank of the Kowie River. Very good location with friendly staff. Room and bathroom is very big and comfortable. Huge double bed in room as well as a small fridge which is great to have. Good breakfast.
The quality of the curtains in my room was very poor. No blind or blockout lining.This caused the room to not be dark because of flood light outside and early morning sun.

The location was excellent and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially a lady called Bianca, she was amazing.
It wasn’t that clean. The sheets didn’t smell good, the bathroom smelled sour after being cleaned. The glasses always looked dirty. The couch in my room had old dirt between the seat cushions
