Breakfast and location was good. Easy access to the river with a lot of restaurants. Bus stop of public bus and “hopp on/off” bus direct in front of the hotel. Walking distance to the marina bay ok. The design of the hotel with all the water flows is nice. I liked a lot the sofa in the room. Good to sit and read. The Swimmingpool area is also very nicely located but not usable in case of bad weather conditions.

The flowers in front of the windows I found finally not optimal. I booked the room because of that! They are big and so they take all the natural light. The lights in the room are so few especially in the bath area and where you store your suitcase … nice in design but suboptimal for living.

Очень красивый эко-отель. Архитектура и дизайн на высоте! В реальности выглядит даже лучше, чем на фото. Хорошие номера, самый красивый вид из номеров с видом на зеленый сад. Расположение отеля очень удачное, в пешей доступности от всех достопримечательностей. Все чисто, завтраки хорошие.

Рядом китайский квартал. Для кого-то это плюс, можно дешево и вкусно поесть, но для меня это минус, тк там грязно и шумно.

I chose this property for the central location, and it didn’t disappoint. Located in between Chinatown and Clarke Quays metro stations it’s walking distance to both and an interesting 15 minute walk to Raffles, the harbour and the esplanade as well as the Merlion. Marina sands is about 20-25 minutes walk and both the botanical gardens and gardens by the bay are about a 10 minute grab ride away which costs 6-11spd. There are a lot of options for both international fast food and local food nearby with the famous Raffles one hawker centre about 10 minutes walk down upper cross street. I went for new year which is rainy season so there were a few days where I was met with heavy rain that lasted for about 30-40 minutes, but each room is provided with a heavy duty umbrella which is really useful. The room itself is lovely if you like clean minimalistic functional but comfortable decor with a good view. It has tea/ coffee making facilities, an iron, torch, towels as expected, dressing gown, slippers and your usual soaps, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast is buffet style and has a lovely view of the outside greenery shielding you from the traffic and the architecturally wondrous atrium.

I started off with the garden room which as stated had a view of the garden- unfortunately with this came a few insects into my room, the smell of damp and early morning gardeners tending to the garden outside my window. Fortunately after speaking with the brilliant Duty manager Samuel Tan, this was soon rectified, and my parents and I were both upgraded to rooms with a 180 degree view of the cityscape as well as access to the lounge. He also apologised personally leaving us chocolate coated strawberries and macaroons. excellent customer service!

Very friendly and helpful staff, got a really good offer for an upgrade at checkin (we didnt need it, so we declined), very good location, almost no waiting time at the lifts, amazing architecture and design, suffcient power outlets in the room (for all the electronic gadgets), arranging late checkout was straight forward

Everything was really good, very litte to recommend - maybe breakfast: about 30min before closure most items are not refilled anymore.

I couldn’t charge anything to my room because I only use debit cards not credit cards. If I wanted a drink at the pool I would have to have carried my debit card with me. This spoils the whole point of being on holiday, not having to carry my wallet around the hotel when enjoying a drink or a meal. Net results was I didn’t visit the bar or the restaurant.

I thought room bathroom lacked privacy. walls were thin and that lack of a 'real space' for a bathroom. It looked like an ikea bathroom had been erected.

The food was GREAT. Friendliness of staff and the locations to China town and MBS.

Didn't have hot spa next to the swimming pool

Initial room felt a bit small but the staff upgraded us to a suite which was very comfortable with lovely large windows overlooking the park opposite.

Понравилось все. Месторасположение отеля - не в самом центре, но очень удобно. Метро приблизительно 150м от отеля, и далее куда угодно - быстро и дёшево. Отель - очень оригинальный. Нас было 5 человек, снимали 2 комнаты. 1 - с видом на растения - реально тропический рай за окном. 2 - с видом на город и тропический рай за окном в санузле. Обе комнаты с дизайнерским ремонтом. Завтраки - хорошо и вкусно. Новогодний ужин - выше всех похвал. Обилие морепродуктов (омары, крабы, креветки, гребешки и почее), ну и конечно все остальное вкусно. Бассейн работает с 10 утра и до 10 вечера. Но! Никто не был против когда мы встречали Новый Год в бассейне по московскому времени (по местному времени 5 утра) - за что огромное спасибо. Очень не обычно и оригинально)

The staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic! Our room looked out the front of the hotel with beautiful green plants, very pleasant.

We stayed for two nights and didn’t experience any negative thing at all.

Room was comfortable. Facilities were suited to my families needs. Shoutout to Faustine who assisted with the check in process warmly.

Nice property but lack soul from the staff. Except Faustine. Communication between the staff was non existent. Signs weren’t effective, especially the complimentary carpark redemption. Signage indicates to scan QR Code for complimentary parking, wasn’t told and no where was it indicated what a physical ticket was necessary. Staff at breakfast (Lime) was more like people whom you meet at neighbourhood coffeeshop. No service at all. Asked for tea refill 4 times, thru 3 different people just to get it refilled. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel restaurant.

The staff ranged from exceptional to very poor in attitude.

At 12:30 AM, I requested two bottles of water from the reception and was met with a straightforward "no, sorry" response. This lack of service is unacceptable, especially for a 5-star establishment. Despite being told that they were out of water, I couldn't help but notice the fully operational bar adjacent to the reception. It seems there was a glaring oversight in service mindset and problem-solving abilities. A basic guest need was disregarded, which is incredibly disappointing. Due to this experience, I am compelled to reconsider future stays at this hotel and will reflect this in my review.

Location of hotel was convenient and close to all the places I wanted to go to. Wish I got a room with a better view since I prepaid in advance and thought I would get a room with a better view. Overall, great stay - I would stay there again. Great room for 1 person, clean, and such a gorgeous hotel. Nesh took good care of me - he provided the best customer service during my stay.

Beautiful oasis in central Singapore

Loved the architecture, plants and rooms!

Centrale ligging, vlakbij Chinatown maar bijvoorbeeld ook goed te doen om naar Marina Bag te wandelen. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt, prachtige eternity pool met uitzicht over de stad en super attent personeel.

Niets op aan te merken!

La situation et l originalité du bâtiment nous ont fait apprécier cet hôtel.

Der Ansatz "grün/Klima" hat uns speziell gut gefallen. Auch der Poolbereich war super.

Die Bedienung beim Frühstück war teilweise nicht so gut. Einen Kaffee zu kriegen war das eine oder andere Mal schwierig, weil das Personal mit anderen Dingen beschäftigt war. Auch beim Tischabräumen zwischendurch gibt es Verbesserungspotential.
