Het is een prima hostel. Bedden zijn comfortabel. Locatie is goed. 10 min gratis massage.

Erg groot hostel, live muziek tot 11 pm niet fijn als je vroeg wilt slapen want het is erg luid. Het is vrij prijzig niet alleen de kamer maar ook drankjes en ontbijt

First Time Stay

I always book random locations when i travel, but i know that moving forward, Selina will be the only hostel i book.

My roommate. That's always a hit or miss though. The woman was great but the guy on the other side was a loser.

Lovely hostel

Beautiful hotel really enjoyed my stay here. Very clean and social hostel in a very safe area in walking distance to the main town area.

Staff were very helpful and kind but I was waiting more than once at the main desk for staff to appear

Clean and comfy

Clean room, comfy beds with curtains for privacy, private bathroom inside the room. The morning after there was a free yoga class I attended and it was nice after a long flight from Europe the day before. Lovely breakfast, just maybe a bit overpriced.

The box storage in the bed space is too big and I hit my knee against it multiple times during the night.

I like the staff, the food and the beautiful interior of the hotel.

First we had a appartment with e door outside of the hotel. I'm not felt save. But the Staff gave me an orher room inside the hotel, this was so great!

The shared 4-person dorm was by reception so potentially a but noisy however it felt safe and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. overall it seemed good for a hostel stay.

Small room, all the rest was good

Location was very convenient for downtown sightseeing and also to walk for drinks later. Staff was helful in figuring out transportation for next stop. Atmosphere at the bar was great and had live music on the evening stayed.

Room was way too small for the price. No space at all for luggage.

Superb

Clean, modern, good wifi, cool onsite bar, and my new favourite hostel activity - the welcome drink. Great way to meet others at the start or end of your Costa Rica trip to share travel tips and stories.

Bar and restaurant should have a few more budget options. Some staff were super friendly and happy to help, others not so much.

lovely and clean. good food. great beds with curtains for privacy and even 2 pillows!

Atmosphere wasn’t the best, although not Selina’s fault, it mainly comes from people quickly passing through and there not being much to do. Like all Selina’s, they do insanely expensive tours compared to everywhere else, which I find a bit of a bad business practise to rip off its customers for their own gain.

One of the best hostels I've stayed

The Hostel has a great location, the beds are comfortable and you have your own lamp, plugs and USB chargers, the bathrooms were always clean. They were a bit messy with my shuttle bus bookings but the girl at reception was wonderful and solved everything, she is fantastic.

Food at the hostel is quite tasty but very expensive, considering it is a hostel they should have lower price options.

their experience manager Sofia is amazing! it is easier to connect to the travelers over there than in other Selinas

Best place around San Jose

Everything was really good, but the staff is the best part, they made me feel at home since the very first minute. Also the events were amazing!

Great decoration and nice helpfull staff.

This is actually more a hotel than a hostel. An in between. The restaurant is quite expensive as well as the tours they offer. Not really a hostel vibe.
