Me gustó la atención de las recepcionistas diurnas , Margarita del Bar con una muy buena disposición , al igual que el Sr. Angel que acudía de manera inmediata cada vez que lo solicitábamos ( mantención)

Kamers en bed en badkamer zeer goed. Personeel is vriendelijk en gastvrij maar lijkt onervaren. prima werken in en rond de lobby, genoeg faciliteiten voor aansluiten laptop etc.
ontbijt was erg karig, had daar echt meer van verwacht. temperatuur in de lobby, waar je prima kan werken, is te koud. Idem in de gangen naar de kamers toe. te koud.

onpersoonlijk inrichtimg. Vloerbedekking in de kamer….. niet erg hygiënisch en fris.

I was very impressed with the quality of the Hyatt Place In Aruba Airport.

Breakfast was good. A walking distance to the airport but not everything else.
Given traffic at the hotel, they could have used a little more staff who are able to hold conversations with English speaking hotel guests. Meal servers did not deliver personal service.

Breakfast was OK. For the price it could have provided better quality coffee and a selection of fresh fruit and pastries.
Lovely dining area. Staff were friendly, warm and provided a fantastic service.

Best of all is its excellent location, since you can walk from the terminal to the hotel, because it is right next to the airport. In addition to a very good continental breakfast and the hotel staff is very attentive at all times.

The people in reception was perfect… very helpfull, very lkind.
The housekeeping was terrible, only madr the bed, They did not put soap, they did not tidy the room.
The beach is so far.
