The food was pretty good, especially considering that it is not a luxury hotel. The service really is all inclusive. When the buffet restaurant is closed the snack bar is open with pastries, salad, sandwiches and fruit.
There is a bar where coffee, beer and soft drinks are self service and staff to prepare cocktails, cold coffees and serve wine and ice cream.
The slides are great fun and are open from 10 am - 6 pm. Kids have to be 1,20 m to slide but will be allowed to go on the double ring one with an adult if smaller.
The beds were comfortable and rooms clean. They are cleaned daily.
There are enough sunbeds for all.
The staff (except reception) were all very lovely although they are there around the clock!
There is a kids club, playground and some entertainment like aqua gym, stretching, beach volleyball, kids games and bingo. But not too much that it gets annoying.
There are plenty of sunbeds at the beach where very few people lie. It is nice to get a break from the loud pool area there as it is very peaceful.
There is also an Asian buffet restaurant which is all inclusive as often as you want but must be reserved a day in advance.
Nothing the hotel can help, but due to corona restrictions no music was allowed to be played which made the nights quite boring. The area is also not great for going out. You would have to take a taxi or bus to go to a more lively area if you wanted to go out at night. Although music is forbidden in all of Greece.
Many of the hotel guests were very ignorant and did not were masks inside. The hotel staff did not enforce it either.
At one meal I remember someone standing at the entrance of the restaurant and handing out masks to people without any. But after that one time I didn’t see it happen again.
Be aware that the hotel is a family hotel with a lot of kids! So it is very loud. But the pools are big and it is really great for kids.
The guests were 90% English, with some Russian, and a few French and German and other Europeans.
The beach is very stony and can be painful to walk on or when the waves throw you onto them. When too windy, lifeguards will not let you go in.
The hotel is outdated. Public toilets don’t smell great but we always went to our room so wasn’t a problem.
Bathrooms are old, but I was aware of that as it can be seen on the pictures.

We had bungalow on second floor and it was good
9yr old son loved loved loved the kids area pool- excellent for kids and he also loved the mocktails and icecream
We couldnt enjoy the beach for swimming as it was always windy while we were there but we still stayed to watch the waves whilst having a drink or eating icecrean
Drink were usual all inclusive taste, take your own tea and coffee
Food is repetitive but ok
Be careful when purchasing from gift shop near spa area in the resort because i was charged 5€ instead of 50c for a bottle of water as we were going out on a tour and when we came back i went to the shop and the man at shop would not refund me the difference for his mistake eventhough he could check till transactions and cctv but he wouldnt. He offered me a six pack of water instead of my money back. Which i found useless as i had water for free at resort and we only had a day left. He also told me i was rude for not being happy with the 6pack instead of money...
It is worth walking 5mins and getting items from lady outside resort as they are same and at better prices than shop in resort

Staff at restaurants and bars are nice and good. Working hard.Food good.
Bar and food manager very responsive and polite.
Reception polite .. they have to keep the promises.
Food is delicious but needs more choices .I was expecting more fish .. grill or fried.
Hotel clean . Has to improve the furniture in the room is too low. Remove the hot hub. It will make the bathroom bigger and nice.
If you can improve the beach side, it will be very nice.

Considering the number of food they have to cook for everyone, the food actually tastes good. Swimming pool and waterpark area entertain the children. Beer and wine are good, cocktails were OK.
First of all, the room was super small for 2 adults and 2 children. Very very old room, tight bathroom, floor was dirty when we checked in the room and even outside the room or balcony area that can easily be sprayed with water. For the price and the 4 stars rating, it doesn't justify it. Beach chairs were hard to find, have to go early as most people "reserved" them with their towels and they are not even comfortable seatings. We will NOT go back. Felt like we overspent our money, lucky chose to spend only 3 nights out of the 6 nights in Crete. Plenty of nice hotels and good restaurants on the island.

Water park, good food, direct access to the beach, very friendly and helpful staff. The buildings are not new, but clean and well maintained. Free parking in front of the hotel.
Child locks on the room and balcony doors would be good and sound isolation from the corridor (windows are well isolated).

I forgot a pair of Sony WF1000-XM4 earphones plugged in to my television in room 423 and was told by staff that they were not where I left them☹️.

the swimming pool and slides were good, although the pool was freezing
the staff were tired and rude.
the rooms were dated
the food was average at best
the cleanliness around the snack bar and drinks area inside was covered in wasps and flies
the choice of food drastically reduced from day 5, so much so the only offer was breakfast cereal, ham and cheese, not even toast.

eccentric shop worker on level -1, who stepped between me and my husband, hitting me with his shoulder. Passing a second time, he once again dashed off to his cubicle. Unfortunately, he gave the impression of being unbalanced. Other than that, I count the stay as successful.

it was filthy dirty, sick around the pool area that laid there for days.
food up the stair well on the floor been there for days and on plates on the side, bug infested,
beds not made/changed. not enough staff they were worked so hard the cleanliness was not 360 as they advertised. couldn’t shower after checkout as no facilities, serving dirty drinking cups,
couldn’t change pool towels the whole week.

Perfect hotel with perfect staff. Great entertainment. Clean rooms and really tasty food. Beautiful gardens and big pools.

Food was good and there was own beach. Also there was some entertainment.
We wanted to hire bikes and it was easy in the reception.
People in the reception was nice except one guy.
The room was horrible. It was unclean. We saw a lizard in our room. Other areas in the hotel was better.
When we came, the guy in the reception was like he hated his job. He almost got angry when we didn't understand his bad english at first. Then he took his phone and used google translator and translated his saying to wrong language.. Luckily we also understand swedish..... Other people in the reception was nice and helpful!
We didn't get all the things in lunch box that we had ordered. We tried to say about that, but they didn't do anything.
We also sent a message forehand that we are there for a honeymoon and it is okey, if they want to remember us somehow. In the middle of week they only send us message that they hope we are having nice time in their hotel....
The music in the pool area was too loud. There was only one speaker that was too loud that everywhere in the pool area could hear the music. No one couldn't be near the speaker!

A big hotel with lots of facilities. A nice location for discovering the west side of the island.
The staff was amazing and dedicated to their work. Food was the thing that surprised me the most. I was expecting canteen food at best, but the quality and taste surpassed it all. The bed matress was great for a good night's sleep as well.
Still a type of mass tourism, but adding an above avrage touch. Would recommend.
The hotel was built but not that very well kept after that. One could expect the difficulties of maintaining an object this big right on the beach.
The cleanliness of the room's toilet was below par and the thing that bothered me most.

Fantastic facilities for children of all ages. Animation team were really good fun and my son loved the slides, kept him entertained all day, which allowed us to chill . Staff in general were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is a little tired in areas and could do with a renovation. Food was also very repetitive, more variety would have been good, although food was very fresh I have to say

The staff was helpful in everything except one important issue that I will detail bellow.
I have booked a room in a hotel. What they gave me was a bungalow. They are not the same thing. When I told them that I have not booked a bungalow but a room in the hotel they have told me that they are the same and look the same. I do not agree with this reasoning, I mean even they use a different word, bungalow to describe what is actually not a hotel room but a bungalow. It was a separated one story building. What I wanted to book and thought I booked is a room in a hotel, in the hotel. I would not book a bungalow. Therefore I feel cheated. In the case of bungalows they really should communicate that it is not a hotel room, it is not in the hotel, it is a bungalow. I loved Crete but I would not return to this hotel.

The beach was modified, compared to five years ago, and it is too stoney.
