Außergewöhnlich, erholsam und wunderschön

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die wunderbare grüne Oase mitten in der Stadt. Das Hotel ist im typischen Khmer Stil erbaut, was uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen hat. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ein Naturerlebnis mitten in der Stadt!

Die Lage des Hotels ist mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem hat man das Gefühl mitten in der Natur zu sein. Das ist toll! Schöner Pool und tolles Frühstück. Und die Suiten sind fantastisch. Wir würden das Hotel immer wieder buchen. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war gut aber am 2. Abend sind wir in die Stadt gegangen und haben original Khmer Speisen gegessen. Das fanden wir besser. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln und über den Geschmack beim Essen lässt sich ja bekanntlich streiten;-)

Overall, this property is Cambodia’s hidden gem with a great value of money!

Fantastic location and the resort is a classic case study of sustainable practices. Wonderful facilities and we were so relaxed. I would suggest to take a day off from outdoor activities, only to enjoy this resort. The spa facilities were amazing too.

We spent 4 nights here and the breakfast menu was literally repetitive. Everything else was simply fantastic!

Wonderful and charming hotel to visit Angkor.

The building, the gardens and the atmosphere are amazing. The staff was very available to answer to our requests. We booked the transfer and the guided visits with the hotel and everything went very well.

The breakfast could be improved with more offer.

We loved everything about this hotel. Can't fault it anywhere . The staff went out of their way for us including a birthday cake for my husbands. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend 👌

Beautiful hotel with great staff.

Great location to pub street and other restaurants and a fabulous French coffee shop. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful . The massage girls were perfect and gave one of the best massages ever .

Even though the restaurant was situated in a stunning water scenery with fountains and beautiful gardens. The food was unfortunately not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. If the management could lift its food game then this would be a magnificent hotel.

I have food allergies and it was difficult communicating with the staff in the dining room. They did not understand the severity of my allergies. They tended to say yes but I could tell they didn’t understand

Luxurious, and yet feels like home!

The hotel was well maintained, with beautiful furnishings and a cool interior - both of which were welcoming given the high temperatures. The staff were extremely cordial and took care of all our needs. They were very pleasant and helpful for all questions and asks we made. Loved the stay and truly holds up the bar for Small Luxury Hotels !

Absolutely stunning hotel and grounds!! I loved everything about this place so much. The staff were amazing, 5* service throughout. Food was delicious, even the garnish that came with my food was delicious. I felt so calm and peaceful here. Massage was fantastic. Truly one of my favourite hotels ever!!!

We had a magical stay and would go back if we had the chance.

The venue felt like an oasis in the middle of a city. It felt like you would step into a tropical forest and yet it was in the middle of the city. It was purely magical.

Excellent stay away from the noise and chaos of the Pub Street area but close enough to walk there.

Angkor Wat Village Hotel is a quiet little sanctuary ideally situated in the Wat Bo neighborhood of Siem Reap. Our room was very comfortable and the grounds were impeccably maintained tropical paradise. Swimming pool and spa were very good.

Bed was exceeding expectations. High quality. Clean.

The hotel was built in 1994 with a tradition Khmer architecture style, which is quite outstanding. The interior decoration is also amazing, especially the bathroom and the water view window. I like the restaurant too, the menu is followed by the history of Cambodia with different topics, the food is tasty and the price is reasonable. Last but not the least, free pick up from the airport is provided. the traditional Land Rover car in brown and white is so cute! Recommend!

It would be more convenient if the hotel can use booking message to contact customers

Beautiful grounds and Khmer style accommodation. Easy (15 min) walk to town centre.

Nearby oudoor entertainment venue playing loud music every night. We had to sleep with earplugs (fortunately had some with us as we had similar issues in the past in Thailand) for fist half of the night. It's a real shame because the lush gardens mean one could be falling asleep listening to bugs and frogs.

Anything I say won't be enough. Everything was absolutely phenomenonal.

Everything was superb. But I would highlight two things: attention to detail and staff. They go beyond what can be expected in a 5-star hotel. Every single member of staff is phenomenal. This is without a doubt the best hotel I've ever stayed in. My room was amazing, and they still did everything I asked for: they moved some heavy armchairs from another room, as I preferred them to read before bed. They also gave me a free upgrade to a water-view villa, they put away pillows before bed and left a bedtime story on the bed with a flower and a biscuit every night. Welcome drink and basket of fruits too. The massage I had was one of the best ones if not the best one I've ever had. The food in the restaurant is excellent. They also arranged a tour guide and a driver for me for the whole of my stay, and they were the very best I could have wished for. In summary, my holiday was a dream. I can't recommend this place enough and I can't wait to go back very soon. Thank you everyone in the hotel for making this holiday an unforgettable one. Angkor and this hotel are both a dream.

Perfect traditional style hotel

Perfect traditional style hotel, excellent services, front desk Ms. Lum, thank you very much for sending our sons jacket all the way to Phnom Penh, so kind and professional of you, also Sinan - warm welcome along with the waiting staff at the reception always coming and greeting us with warm wet towels. Rooms so clean and nice, everyday flowers, cookies, music in the room. Dinner in the restaurant perfect experience thanks to the two ladies who are serving dinner so kind, professional ,efficient and welcoming. Perfect massages as well. Recommended you to our daughter Una and son in law Tim and they are coming in spring !

Very good

It's a Beautiful property. Rooms are spacious and are well maintained. Location is also perfect as it is walking distance to many bars and restaurants nearby. Staff is very sweet and helpful. Overall, great experience staying here and I'm highly recommend it.

Nothing huge but some small areas that can be improved. 1. Spa was not the best. 2. Basic bathroom amenities like shaving kit, toothbrush kit were missing and it was rather hard to communicate that to the staff (language difficulty)
