Although an older property, the room was neat and clean. The queen bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and when the restaurant wasn't opening on the Sunday for breakfast, the manager gave us a breakfast pack instead. The property was located on the main road into Tamworth however we were not disturbed by road noise, nor could we hear the people in the rooms either side of us. Excellent value for money.

The air conditioning overflow dripped outside our door which meant dodging puddles of water entering or leaving the room. We were expecting to have breakfast before we left on our last day and waited for the restaurant to open only to be told it wouldn't be. We would have left earlier had we known. Perhaps management could put a sign out or email / SMS guests in future.

The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Staff were very friendly.

All the staff were very nice, polite and helpful. Room was very cosy. Bed very comfortable. Shower pressure absolutely awesome.
