The ambiance was actually nice. The staff for the most part was pleasant. The view from the pool is not the best.

There was no privacy in the room due to the layout and placing of the shower.

Pekny ale velmi drahy.

Pekne a ciste ubytovanie. Nevhodne na dovolenku. Je to business hotel. Po okoli sa velmi nepoprechadzate. Cely Trinidad nie je velmi bezpecny.

Excelente estadía!

Habitación muy cómoda, buenas opciones de desayuno. El Regency Club muy conveniente y ameno. Agradezco mucho la gestión de servicio de la Srta. Karla Domínguez

En general no tengo quejas sobre la estadía. Volvería a hospedarme en este hotel en el futuro. Quizás lo único a observar es la rapidez del servicio de meseros y bartenders.

Overall, for the price it’s pretty disappointing.

The room was clean.

The hotel is in a bad location with nothing to do anywhere around it. If you cross the bridge & walk to the Cathedral it is totally unsafe - We were robbed. When we asked for a map of the city no one at reception took the opportunity to tell us not to enter a no go area. It took 45 minutes to get to check in. The food & drink in the restaurant was passable but everything is so expensive. Because of the location the Hotel can charge what it wants Overall the service borders on shocking. The music at the pool would blow your ears off.

Like the location because it's near to the Port and shopping areas.

Did not take breakfast. The amount per night was too expensive, since we were local clients.

The room given to us was smelling musty , the sheet had stain and the floor needed mopping. We complained and we were given a clean room.

Exceptional Service from Professional Staff

The friendly staff. The ambience of the place. The customer service. There was a safe to secure your important documents. The place was very clean and professional.

I wanted a microwave to heat my food. And there could have been an option to turn off sprinklers to have a romantic candlelit dinner.

It was my first time staying at the Hyatt but it was a really good for a first time experience.

The food was great especially the breakfast section, scenery was good especially in the morning time the breeze and sea view was amazing and the staff members attitude was pleasant and very welcoming.

It had an item which wasn’t present in our room so we had to go down to ask the front desk for it but when we came back up it wasn’t there so we had to go back down a second time to ask again. One of the ladies at the door went and got it for us.

Excellent!

We were there for the Commonwealth Youth games so would it have been an obvious choice of destination otherwise. The staff were so friendly, rooms very clean and food good.

We were happy with all aspects - make sure you do some of the tours offered

Family vacation

Professionalism, cleanliness, and security were amazing. Breakfast staff was lovely. Big up to Felisha Amanda Nadine, just to name a few, were all wonderful.

(Parking ) Is not all the time, but sometimes it's hard to park, as mostly all levels were reserved.

Worth every penny

The location was central to everything. The Waterfront Restaurant was amazing. The Lobby Bar and Pool Bar was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The staff went above and beyond to ensure you had an amazing stay! I would definitely return! Sushi and Cinnamon are a must try.

A regular Hyatt, but more attention to detail needed.

Check in was smooth and quick. Nespresso machine was my favourite. Breakfast was included which was a nice surprise. I had a late dinner at the lobby bar which was very good. Ask for the pepper sauce if you like spicy food.

The room had an ironing board but no iron. It had the base of the kettle but not the actual kettle. I also had to call 3 times to get a second robe as the room had 2 guests.
