Very good

The hotel and room were nice. The food was also good.

I didn't like the noise from outside, from the road and from some disco near the hotel. Also I didn't like that the light from the morning enter the room.

Excellent Property and Staff

Great staff, lovely property, very clean, great a/c, nice big shower with rainhead and nice towels, excellent dinner, convenient shuttle service to airport. I would stay again and highly recommend!

Good hotel but could improve further with little details...

The hotel setting is great!, the room and breakfast are great. Good and spacious room, very nice bathroom and a little terrasse, simply great.

Probably the hotel could improve further with little details, for example: leaving a bottle of water in the room everyday not only the first day; leaving two pieces of soap (one for the hands and one for the body); providing better quality soap and shampoo (it would not require a huge investment); include in the price transfers to/ from airport even to the guest reserving a room through other systems like booking.com. Also dinner becomes boring after few days as the choices are limited. I reserve through booking.com and the first room offered was a family room with the bathroom outside the room, I was a single traveller!. I requested to change rooms as I prefer to have the bathroom in the room, after some discussions and being informed by the reception that there were no other rooms available (?), I was given a fantastic room with terrase. I hope that guests coming from booking.com are not considered as second class guests (also transfer to/from airport was not offered as indicated in the hotel website).

Exceptional

Very nice hotel! Service is outstanding. Staff is wonderful! Breakfast was delicious and presentation was beautiful! Our schedule did not allow for us to have the dinner provided! We would stay here again! Great value!

Wayak Hotel just okay at best

Breakfast and dinner were included which were not bad, but not a lot of options.

Car parking is practically on the street. This is on a main road which is extremely busy and loud. Restaurant is open to street on side of building and overall it's not a comfortable, quiet environment. Room layout was odd as there were small room with nothing in them. Air conditioner leaked on floor. No wash clothes provided which seems to be norm for hotels in Nicaragua, but that's unacceptable. Unfortunately we had an incredibly bad experience as construction on the road behind our room occured from 9pm to 6am and we could not sleep at all as our room was literally shaking. We had to leave and book another hotel and no refund was given for the nights we did not stay. Also, wifi was not good enough to stream on fire stick.

There was alway someone there to help you. No, Curfew restriction.

The hotel is next to a club. Sometime the music is little bit too loud.

Overall it was good.

The staffs are nice. Pretty close to the airport. The hotel provides free shuttle to the airport which was nice. There is only one staff who is pretty good in english; the rest you will have to use google translate if you do not speak Spanish.There is one restaurant/cafe very close which was a life safer. Also there is a supermarket like 8 min walk away. Managua is a real city. I just came from San Juan Del Sur and Leon so I found Managua so it was too urban for me. Breakfast and dinner was included so they will give you some options. Food was ok.

The floor appears to be damp for couple of days but that’s just humidity.

helpful and courteous staff was excellent! room was clean and spacious. didn't have the chance to try the food but if it was to par with the rest of the property I'm sure it was great!

pool looked a little murky but I didn't get a chance to use it.

Overall best hotel I have stayed at!!

Overall the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Even the ones in the States do not compare to this. From the room to the staff it was great. You get a lot for your money’s worth. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. Their hospitality is amazing. Everyone is so sweet and accommodating. They allowed me to check in early and were able to give me an airport shuttle. The shuttle was on time both times that I needed it. The shuttle driver waited outside for me with a sign with my name. I would recommend bringing some change if you have to tip. Room was so clean and modern. Hotel is very organized and clean and has a beautiful outside seating area. Waterfall fixtures around the whole hotel was nice to hear and calming at night. They also offered complimentary dinner and it was the best dinner I’ve had at a hotel. I ordered the grilled chicken! A bonus was that the majority of Managua is only spanish speaking-they had a receptionist named Daniella who spoke english and was really helpful, along with the spanish speaking receptionist! Really recommend this hotel if you want to stay the night from the airport or even a couple days.

A The Twin room was great, our son and his wife in one room and me and my wife in another which was all part of what seemed like one apartment. We loved the pool. It was small but sufficient and in a lovely private setting and very clean. The breakfast and included evening meals were exceptional. Very well prepared and presented and this was served by an excellent young man who did everything with professionalism and friendliness which made us feel very welcome. All of the staff including those in reception, the driver who collected us from the Ticabus terminal and those who watched over our vehicle day and night gave excellent customer service. The location of the Wayak is well placed not far from the best shopping centre and many choices of restaurants. , Also close to the main road that leads to Granada, Laguna Apoyo and the Masaya Volcano.

Perfect Hotel which is well managed, with focus over the Client. Well done.

Fantastic facility, excellent room size, perfect breakfast and dinners which are included in the price. Room we had was quiet and clean. Good ambience. Finally, the place were will come back for sure.

Actually all was on the level or above expectations. Nothing disturbing during all these days.

I like the construction and all the design they have, is really beautiful, clean was fine and customer service nice and kind.

Pool is a mess and the food too poor, they have like 4 options in the menu, don’t wait for desert or real drinks

Very good

Highly recommended. Excellent value for money, breakfast, dinner and transfer to the airport included. Swimming pool, friendly and helpful staff. Wi-fi connected super fast and very reliable. Great surprise, would definitely stay again.

Good

Wifi was good the room was ok and It felt cozy. An acceptable experience so far.

I didn't like that the restaurant only had specific dishes for the day and the quality of them were not good. My wife was vegetarian and there were not options for her.
