location is good, size of the apartment is good, having a clothes washer and dryer, big windows and a balcony, being attached to a mall with a super market is a plus, and staff were very helpful. It has plenty of parking spaces, and the whole place is quiet and private . Free water bottles are provided daily.
Tv channels were limited, bathroom needs more care، no lobby to set or meet.

pool timing due to weather should have longer night as morning is useless too hot to swim

it was not clean enough and some used tooth brushes in toilet found and used used tissue and we order some thing from that room service. It was very bad like breakfast was cold and you ordered one dental tools but they didn’t arrange it.

this hotel apartment is very clean and also the staff are amazing and so helpful ad polite, the manager mr Etrat is very helpful and amazing person he is i any situation help for both mellinum hotels. love this hotel very clean and so comfortable. choose here never regret its amazing.

Friendly & polite staff
Awful sewage smell in the kitchen sinks & in the bathrooms was a huge turn off & shocking for grand millennium standard

High quality of furniture, relatively big pool
Air conditioning was freezing cold and they couldn’t make the apartment warmer

spacious 2 bedroom apartments with washing machine and kitchen and amenities.
Connected to the mall, so super convenient for families with little kids. pharmacy, Carrefour and restaurants within the mall.
Excellent location.
floors were not covered by any kind of carpet or fabric, we had to wear shoes/sandals/socks all the time (including little kids).

good location, spatial apartments with kitchen
The gym is not functional anymore. At the check in I was told it is being renovated but this is not true. it was simply locked. Very bad smell comes from the sink and the toilet. It is really disgusting. There is no oven in the kitchen and no sponges, washing soap etc.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were big & clean. The location was fabulous as it was on top of a mall with a hypermarket, with 2 other malls to the right and left, so shopping was really convenient for food or otherwise.
The kitchen was a little disappointing, as the electric stove top didnt work properly, as with one of the TVs in the room. Also, it was not possible to get Youtube on the TV so the choice of programmes were limited.
