I completely adore the location of the hotel. The staff and reception are adorable and friendly. Porter guys met me at the taxi door and I didn't touch my two suitcases till the room door, which was a fantastic help as I had a really long trip and was really happy to get help with my two suitcases. The room was very nice and spacy, and there was a nice view from the window. The Internet connection is quite good.

The hotel was amazing and right in the heart of Old Town from where we could reach almost all the landscapes and tourist spots of Tbilisi in a walking distance. I travelled with my 11-month old baby, so the hotel made sure we both were comfortable and satisfied with our stay. My room was cleaned every day and my bedsheets were changed regularly. The staff was very responsive and helpful. Also, additional star for the breakfast. It was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Variety of options and regular refilling. I also liked the timing - from 8 to 11am, which is great given that I woke up quite late in the mornings as I was tired from the day before. The only issue was with my stroller as the roads around the territory are covered with stones which made it hard to move. But obviously it is not the hotel’s fault. The whole Old city is covered with stones😅

The location is close to city center, however too loud not easily accessed by cars/taxi

Day 1 upon arrival we checked, the room was not the booked room, a tiny room, went back to the reception to clarify, they admitted that yes it wasn't the booked room but we have to wait until the second day to change the room to the booked specs which was disappointing, the mentioned views are not available The beds are too small pushed side to side to form a queen size bed which is not comfortable

Useless staff and untrained, receptionist in bed at 8 am? Sleeping behind reception, a bit of professionalism please… they wanted me to wait and check the room at check out, am I a thief or a tourist? Train staff then step up an hotel NEVER AGAIN

The breakfast and terrace were spectacular.

Very noisy neighbors slamming the doors all night long. I didn't get any sleep for 6 nights. Not the hotel's fault though.

The best hotel in all in old teblisi area..... great location....most attractions are within walking distance.....the manager called me imiditaly after my reservation to arrange airport pickup complimentary from the hotel which made my visit very easy and smooth.

Kinda noisy but because of the nature of building in the old meidan area.
