It was a perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

It smelled amazing the second I walked in! The rooms were modern, with every comfort of home accounted for!

You did have to park three blocks away. They should valet.

Great hotel and a great staff

Location was perfect. The room was clean.

The shower , water pressure was not good except with hand held shower. And the water keep getting in the bathroom area therefore the floor was wet .

Nice stay, but the room was a bit noisy.

Very good breakfast a la carte. Great location in the centre of Ithaca. They have a very convenient hotel shuttle to college campuses and the airport.

Poor sound insulation of the connecting door between adjacent rooms. Our neighbours were not particularly noisy, but we could hear them well when they were talking or watching TV.

Expensive for a cheaply designed hotel with doors you can’t close

The location is ok

The rooms have been refurbished but the barn style doors are not practical. It was impossible to manœuvre the toilet door These doors are way to heavy Also the bathroom is in the entrance with no real closure They tried to do new with old but the results is that it is not convenient nor comfortable

Disappointed breakfast Service.

Check in was smooth. Front Desk agents were friendly.

Unfortunately, we missed our breakfast as it is taking an excessive amount of time. We placed our breakfast order at 8:15 am, and by 8:45 am, it has not arrived yet. We have an important engagement at Cornell at 9 am, which means we must depart from the hotel without having breakfast. As a fellow hotel General Manager, I would like to recommend that you prioritize the breakfast service since it significantly impacts the overall quality of your hotel's offerings.

Very enjoyable

Breakfast was very good. We ordered the French toast special, omelet and bagel with lox. All were very tasty

Overall a fair stay at the hotel. Bed is comfortable. Quite. Room temperature is comfortable.

The location is great, walking distance to restaurants and trail hikes.

Unfortunately, the hot and cold temperature in the shower room was uncontrollable. The water came out as either extremely hot or extremely cold. I called for assistance, but housekeeping did not show up and wound up taking a shower in such an extreme temperature. My sister before me was screaming the whole time while taking a shower. There is also no parking at the hotel vicinity, and we had to park at the nearby public parking lot on our own expense.

The shame management in the great hotel.

Hotel’s location, modern design and materials quality are all of great marks.

The lavatory didn’t work and after our request for staff to unclog it they responded that the information to be passed to the nest shift tomorrow morning (!). Thus it would be better to not use it till tomorrow repair). The TV set doesn’t work. Washer rack has only one position and it is the lower one. Parquet floor covered with sticky stains. After night I contacted general manager of the hotel with the detailed information and receiver only one word “sorry”. I hope serous guys from Hilton will read it attentively or I will contact them directly cause it was the worst Hilton in my life!

no breakfast Hilton usually have breakfast including on the stay and to pay for the parking was ridicules. hope they chance or I won’t stay there next time I have Hilton honers but still wasn’t worth it
