Location only the top water smells bad odorous

Water and the increase of rate when infact we stay already for 2dat then because of Christmas day they almost triple the rate and lastly they don't give a discount for pwd here in philippines a pwd need to receive a 20% discount by law

It has complete cooking set for family to dine. The CR is clean and has hot and cold shower. It also has refrigerator and smart TV with Netflix and YouTube.

Small CR. Has small space for extra bed. Quite far from the malls and other related establishment.

Lack of kitchen utensils

We liked that it's close to SM City Clark and Dau/Genesis bus terminals. The room was enough for us since it's just a quick stay in Pampanga. They also provided bath towels, toilet tissue paper, small soap and a sachet of shampoo. Electric kettle was also a big plus for us since we love drinking coffee anytime of the day. Coffee cups and cutlery were provided. Working mini bar fridge was also there. Wifi connection was superb and netflix was also available.🥰 We were in rm#309.

The only downside was the toilet bowl flushes very very slow. We had to flush it a lot of times until it's all gone. The water was also a bit smelly specially in the shower, but it was okay. All in all it was a great stay. Still 10/10 since everything we needed was here. We will definitely come back again.👍👍👍

Es war Ok. 10 Minuten kannst du Walkingstreet erreichen und war sehr leiser kannst du gut schlafen.

My 2 years old baby got sick on this property the washroom is something but dirty the water is disgusting the plates any kitchens stuffs you cannot trust them they’re just disgusting.. I booked for 2 weeks or more ? But I am noted stayed 2 nights I need to get out of this place coz my baby got sick on this property ..

The room was cheap with great facilities, huge TV, WiFi and Netflix that's already set up so you can watch without your own account. It has kitchen area with sink and facilities

The staff are not the friendliest, don't expect any smiles or conversation not even a how are you. The shower is disgusting and the water that comes out smells like sewage water and the pressure and temp isn't great. The water made my skin smell and I feel it contributed to me becoming ill after. Checkout is bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang no smiles no good morning, just a woman with an attitude saying 150 extra for every hour. The place is set out like a prison and is secure like a prison. The towels are a joke, dirty little green hand towels with rips and stains on!

Very bad smell of running water from sink and toilet room, color yellow not white. It stinks. Other tenants are noisy whenever they enter/exit the gate is too noisy.

Great spot for a few days with all facilities, kitchen, air conditioning

Location is not far from SM and the bus station. However, the property is in the alley and can be quite quiet in the night.

- I requested for airport shuttle, but got no confirmation. They just sent auto-message with the location on Google Map. - When I arrived at the airport and found no one, the airport staff and I kept trying to call the property for very long time and got no response. I had to take Grab by myself in the end.

The sheets was not changes, or hotel clean time done. There was no water at times for shower. Non drinking water. The shower was leaking. There was cockroaches 🪳 bugs. No safety deposit box. They even ask to leave passport when had to get my rent, said NO. Left my ID. There no proper locked on door for safety, then 1 door twist lock no main padlock. Bed was not good, Left half time what I paid for, move to better Hotel in Town. It's dark location to walk in and out at night time. No proper security Camera for building floor for tourist.

No a lot to like, Nothing much, wrote what I didn't like section, what I am Supposed to like.

The staff were very accomodating

Matress was very hard on my back, and the excess noise on Saturday night.

Price and staff were great

Toilet clogged on first use. I notified staff who apologized and I'm sure would have gotten it fixed. The few ants it had need to be corrected. Not alot but definitely a insect issue.

Its clean but they have a lot of small cockroach then the sink in the cr not working no water at all

There are kitchen utensils and parking area. Easy to check in and out.
