Location was good near the airport

There were cockroaches in the fridge area, linen was dirty and bath tub was broken, very noisy rooms as near highway

Camera sporchissima. ho girato 3 settimane per l'india in guesthouse o ostelli quindi lo standard di pulizia lo conosco. Questo è ben ben più basso. non credo abbiano rifatto la camera prima del nostro arrivo. il letto era Pieno di peli e capelli. Lenzuola completamente unte e macchiate. le hanno cambiate dopo le nostre lamentele.

Room was comfortable and cozy.

A door mat in front of Bathroom should be added and atleast 2 towels should be there.

Booking cancelled on the morning of our stay. Had to find another hotel at short notice.

Nice ambience.....huge lobby area fully air conditioning. The rooms are spacious and remarkable soundproof so you can see the outer area without any noise. Their restaurant is good and service is friendly. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The cleanliness and support staff response was indeed good. The room service was promptly serviced. Recommended for family stay with adequate safety and security for privacy.

The shelf / space provided for keeping clothes was not up to mark. The clothes hanger rod was provided at height which is not suitable. The water after taking bath would spread to living room . A make shift arrangement was made though on request. It would be better to provide a permanent mat like item that absorbs water in case it spreads from bathroom to living room.
