10/10 would recommend. Great staff, beautiful room, comfortable stay!!

It was spotless and updated. I was pleasantly surprised!

The only thing I might suggest is that I realized, too late, that I didn’t have any cash on me to leave as a tip for housekeeping. I called the front desk to see if part of the $25 that was taken for incidentals could be used as a tip and they said No. I asked if there was an ATM machine, or some way I could get cash, and was told there wasn’t. I’m sure I’m not the only guest who has been caught in that situation. Housekeeping works hard and deserves to be tipped. I luckily found an old gift card in my wallet that I hadn’t used yet so I left that in place of cash, but I would have liked to have left money instead. I should have thought ahead about the tip, so that’s on me. However, it would be nice to provide a way for guests to get some cash if it’s ever needed. Just a thought.

Not happy with the standard of the hotel, specially a Hilton hotel.

Location was close to the area I need to be in.

The room was not clean, the coffee machine was filthy dirty, we did not have soap or shampoo in the dispenser. We had to use our own.

Very nice.

Very clean and friendly staff.

I know it’s not the fault of the hotel but one of the rooms next to us had a dog that wouldn’t stop barking. I didn’t complain but maybe pets shouldn’t be left unattended.

Perfect location to visit a different side of Austin.

Lovely room, comfortable beds and great in room facilities (including a microwave.) The swimming pool was in the perfect location for sun all day!

It was a little further out than I thought. 35min taxi journey into downtown Austin and that trip cost about $35 each way.

Great Hotel

The hotel is great value for your money. It was clean, and the staff were professional. The buffet breakfast was affordable and they had good options. Breakfast time was quiet, i wasn't climbing over anyone to get a seat or enjoy my breakfast. Check in and check out was super fast. The elevators were clean and fast. A late evening swim at the pool was relaxing, and the pool was clean. Inside and outside the hotel was clean. I will stay here again for sure. The hotel was close to a grocery store, restaurants and anything you want.

Wonderful experience. If ever back in Austin area, will definitely come back.

Staff was amazing.

Unfortunately smart tv would not connect to WiFi (however, a minimal worry that can exist anywhere). Literally only thing. Great place.

The water in the lobby restroom sinks was not working, not on, etc. I went to the front desk and was directed by one agent to the water fountain to rinse my hands and by the other to use the bathroom around the corner. If the water is not turned on then by all means the bathroom should be labeled out of order. How gross to have someone use the bathroom and then find out they can’t wash their hands.

Great hotel at a safe location.

Safe location

The older blonde lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional when I told her I was given the incorrect room instead of the one I had booked weeks ago. She did nothing to accommodate their mistake stating that it was my fault for “using Booking.com instead of our website”.

staff was welcoming, the front desk lady explained everything properly the room was clean, and the bathroom had products of great quality. everything looks pretty new

the maid lady knock on the door at 9 and said that the check out was at 10 when actually was at 12 breakfast requires an additional 10 dollars, that's it's okay but they should have more options. they only have basic stuff for breakfast

It was pleasant

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Location wasn't bad, short drive to the Dominion.

There is a switch near the door that isn't labelled. It turns off electricity to several of the outlets, including those used to charge my phone and laptop. Didn't know why the plugs stopped working until I reached out to staff. Told me it's a common issue.
