Città stupenda, struttura da rivedere!!!

Personale molto accogliente e disponibile, colazione soddisfacente.

Camera molto trasandata sicuramente non da tre stelle ma forse una!! Molto vicino all’ostello!!! Non era quello che ci è stato proposto su Booking!!!

Friendly hotel

The extension cable I brought in was short-circuited, and it tripped the breaker. When I told the staff, they immediately arranged another room for me without any hard feelings. The ham at breakfast was delicious.

There is a rule that if towels are placed on hangers, it is an indication that they will be used the next day, and if they are placed directly on the floor, there is a requirement to replace the towel. The towel left on the floor for one day was not replaced, so that is a slight point deduction.

Kaldığımız dönemde şehirdeki en uygun fiyatlı seçeneklerden biriydi. Bu yüzden beklentilerimizi düşük tuttuk. Fakat gidince beklentilerimizin çok ötesinde bir otelle karşılaştık. Özellikle kahvaltı harikaydı. Merkeze ve tren garına yürüme mesafesinde.

It is a really great place near the centre, close to anything you need.

I personally really liked the staff in the hotel, there was bonus waffles in the evening which really made me happy.

The wasn't anything that I would dislike.

Good for one night

The hotel is easily accessible by car and has a private car park outside the building. The check-in times are perfect and the rooms are acceptably clean. The bathroom was quite comfortable. The hotel is not far from the centre, so we decided to visit the old town on foot. Breakfast was included in the price, which is advantageous, and we appreciated the presence of fresh fruit.

The hotel room was not very big for 4 people, although we expected it to be. The access to the building is also not comfortable, as you have to climb several steps to get to the reception, and there is no lift from the parking level or from the street level to get to the reception. This is a bit inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage.

Great price for the location of the hotel

Location was perfect, and surprisingly reasonably priced! Breakfast good and room comfortable.

Breakfast room was a little cramped on the Saturday, but Gothenburg had a big race on that day and the hotel was busier.

Value for money but have low expectations

Bedroom was surprisingly spacious for four, breakfast was good as well. Overall, the stay was value for money.

Hotel staff seemed swamped on checking in and during the stay. On the first day, the receptionist was actually from another hotel and was so busy he could not help us with the pull out bed in the room which did not look like the photos at all. Pull out bed and sofa beds were creaky and not that great. Corridor was not well lit and the lack of security to get to the rooms was a little concerning but overall was an average stay.

If you like breakfast and waffles, this is a good hotel for you!

The breakfast was lovely, complete with vegan and lactose free options, hot eggs and bacon, cold cuts, pickled herring, smoked salmon, prosciutto, fruit, cereal, and freshly baked bread! So many options, I was full and happy every morning and didn't need lunch. In the evening until 9PM, the waffle machine came out, and you could make yourself a waffle and top it with jam and whipped cream. There also is coffee/tea/juice and biscuits available all the time. The room was minimal and clean, bed was warm and comfy. The bathroom had a towel heater, which was very nice. Location was right by a bus terminus with lots of options.

The shower was not really separate from the bathroom, so the floor got wet every time. Could hear the music from the concert venue across the street sometimes. The only thing missing from the buffet in the morning was a jar of nutella. Would also go well with waffles!

Worn yet nice hotel with pleasant staff in a highly trafficated area

Location and breakfast.

The room and bathroom are quite worn out. The gate to Nya Allén is closed so you must walk along Parkgatan and that does NOT feel safe- it is a very heavily trafficated, dark street.

Fantastic staff, the lady at the front desk was very helpful checking us in and upgraded our room for free :) Lovely rooms. Free evening waffle buffet! Excellent breakfast buffet! They even have Brie!! :) Location is good, you can walk to Haga and the main centre within 15 mins, or take a bus from just opposite.
