A recommander les yeux fermés 😃

Calme, pas trop loin de l'aéroport international, propreté, literie confortable, petit déjeuner varié. Efficacité et bienveillance de la personne chargée des valises: ce Monsieur m'a bien aidé à résoudre un problème avec le chauffeur qui devait me conduire à l'aéroport, merci à lui!

Le check-in pourrait être plus rapide!

They’re roaches in the room

Dinner was good

If you paid for your room you may want to know that you will need to pay for your drinks (apart), the buffet (apart) for breakfast, lunch and dinner, none of them are included in the reservation for the room.

Hopefully i’m able to book for later this year. There always sold out. Amazing place.

Everything!! The service was amazing and the food was amazing as well. The pool was always so chill and the music was awesome.

There’s nothing i dislike. I loved everything about this property.

Horrible experience what I’m enduring in my skin

Honestly right now I have a dispute after staying six night I was all bitten by bedbugs. Diagnosed by a doctor they refute to take care of the situation and worst they insist nothing is wrong but have picture

Funeral.

It was very clean, excellent beds, A/C works, very modern.

The person at the counter wanted it to change me more than what I paid. He stated that I needed it to upgrade the rooms or otherwise he was going to find another hotel for us. Although I showed him my confirmation and reservation number, he wanted to do an upgrade. I then told him that I needed it to talk to the manager is when he got me the rooms that I paid for.

Me gusta mucho el Barceló. Cuando vamos a la capital nos quedamos ahí casi siempre, a menos q vayamos a otro hotel de la misma cadena.

Room was kept perfect!!!

My room was always kept neat and clean. The staff did an excellent job on the rooms. Everything was so nice and I would definitely recommend and stay again.

I don't speak Spanish so was hard to communicate, but the staff really tried their best to understand me.

The location was great and the service staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. If you have a sensitivity to smells as I have then it’s challenging to enjoy the room commodities. Even with the air-conditioning nag unit cranked up, the odor continued to linger.

The first room's smell, then we got a new room, it was much better, yet, issues with water, toilet was not working well.

Not operating on a 5 star level .

Buffet style works well . Food and 90% of the staff in the Delicious restaurant give excellent service and assistance. They should be commended.

The maids wasn’t cleaning the room properly. Hardly ever clean the room floor and changed the bed linen . Good service only came about after a tip. Front desk is also weak especially the female supervisor I dealt with to extend my stay because of my dental surgery . She refuse to extend my stay . Poor hospitality.
