Good value for price of hotel stay

Hotel room was not properly cleaned and there was a chemical odor in Room Also cleaning staff was nonexistent and had to ask front desk for new towels also a lot of traffic in front of hotel hard to sleep at night

It was a nice size room for the price.

We couldn’t get anyone to clean the room the whole time we were there. We continually had to go ask for things basic items that should have been there everyday, like more towels and soap.

It was ok can’t make left out of property

The staff when I clearly made a mistake on booking and I booked for wrong dates it was supposed to be 18-20 but I by accident put 17-19 and they took my money at 9:00pm on the Sunday saying I was no show when they didn’t even call to see if I was coming and they didn’t reimburse me that just said no but u can stay the 18th and we might give you the 19th. The next day came the 19th today and outside was about 3 inches of snow and I asked front desk, so are you guys able to give me that day I paid for today. No they said me and my wife had to leave and drive in down poor of snow and 3 inches of snow

Centrally located. Easy to access. Delicious and hot free breakfast.

The pool was wonderful, my 9 year old grandson loved it!

I understand only having the linens changed every 3 days, but they didn't take out the trash either
