Very friendly and helpful staff. Arranged early check in, airport transfers, even packed a beautiful breakfast as I had to leave in the middle of the night. The location is good and within a short walk to the major sights. Nice balcony.

My room was old and tired and not at all as presented on photos. Comfortable enough, as I was just passing through. The wifi in my room was intermittent and as was hot water.

All was good but would have liked a bed sheet instead of just sleeping under blanket.

The location of hotel is definitely perfect, near to Aya Sofia and tram station. The staff was more than friendly, I have only good words for them, especialy Emre bey. If I ever come again to Faros, I will come because of the great staff.

Breakfast could be more diverse. My room was much smaller than stated and of a strange shape, with a window only through a bathroom. No table in the room as it was originally indicated on the pictures and in the description of the room when booking. The hotel was under renovation with noisy and dusty works going on on my floor - though it is rather positive for the hotel itself. The fridge in the room didn't work properly and I had to through away some food. I would stay in the hotel again, but in a different room.

Suddenly, there were no tap water (at all) in the bathroom closer to the night, so it was not possible to take a shower. It reappeared only on the next day.

Located just near the city (perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides us great hospitality. The hotel manager is very helpful .The staff were very helpful as well . The food of the restaurant was so delicious ;when i said food was great(i mean it :))Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple . You won't regret it,just be there:)

Perfect location to see all the top attractions in Istanbul including Ayasofoya, Sultanahmet Mosque, Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazaar. Equidistant between 2 Metro stops and close to many food and shopping options.

Showers and washrooms are not the fanciest but they are clean and sufficient for a short stay.
