Great place, 2nd time I am staying in this hotel. Rooms are big which feels awesome. We had a view on the swimming pool. Common areas look great. I loved that there are both, bath and shower in the room, and the kitchen. I will come again!

I like having my phone charging next to my bed, but in this room the only available plugs were quite far from the bed. Imagine if you need to charge your phone, at the same time you have to get up at 5am to catch a flight.. May be having in the room an electrical clock with alarm could help then.

a little far from city center but you will never find free parking and the comfortable big rooms near the city center. if you can drive 15 minutes to a city public parking and the. walk

Located in a safe, clean and silent residential area, very well located with easy access to public transport and close by hospitals. It's also easy to get around by car, parking was included with our room. Very easy access to main roads of Madrid. The room was big, spotless and reasonably well kept. Super quiet, no noise could be heard from either the interior or exterior. The bed was huge (2x2m king size) and very comfortable. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional, thank you for making everything so easy for us, we felt safe and well taken care of. The reason of our trip was a family medical emergency, and having everything be so smooth was a relief and we appreciated being able to rest in such a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Location is too far from main attractions. We spent a lot of money and time just on travelling between hotel and attractions. Hotel needs update. We had many issues with room. Having said that, staff were very quick and helpful to sort any issues. Breakfast could do better to accommodate vegetarians

The rooms went a bit long on the tooth but are OK, the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet

The spa still is closed justified with Covid, although other hotels opened up months ago – this is not acceptable for a five-start hotel. All surfaces not used on a daily base (e.g. sockets in the bath room) weren't cleaned. Towels for bidet were missing and although demanded at the reception, they were removed by the room service every da.

the service and communication between the waiter (girl) and the client was terrible ! but terrible 😣 First she didn’t hear us, about our order. I was talking with her while she was walking away from table. Second, we ordered 5 glasses of fresh orange juice , (it wasn’t fresh orange juice) and she brought a bottle (who everyone had a half glass of juice, WHILE in the bill was 5 euro/glass. It’s unacceptable ! We asked her for sugar and she shouted to us “there you have it”, instead of looking if it’s not, because there wasn’t sugar on the table 😒

Very spacious and clean room with a nice view. Very good breakfast buffet with many different options. Large bathroom, featuring both a bath tub and a shower. PS: Various stores (e.g. super market, mall, restaurants, pizzeria) exist in the surrounding neighbourhood (10 min walk)

Despite that fact that the room was extremely spacious, some of the furniture were rather old and some internal doors did not close entirely. Moreover, its location is quite far from the many city attraction (30mins by the metro).

rooms are suites and have everything you need for your stay. staff are great and very helpful.
