Рядом идет стройка, и окна моего номера выходили на эту стройку. Начиная с 8 утра спать невозможно. И в номерах сильно шумит кондиционер. Но без него никак

香港島側に泊まるなら、とにかくロケーションは最高です。エアポートエキスプレスの香港駅とMTRセントラル駅がそれぞれ徒歩10分圏内で、周辺には有名飲食店が多数あり、ホテルに朝食プランはないようてすが、困らないほど周りに飲食店が多いです。21年にリニューアルしたセントラルマーケットや、新スポットの大館が目と鼻の先です。部屋には無料のお水あり。掃除も行き届いていて清潔感は充分。今回部屋の不具合がありルームチェンジになりましたが、スタッフの対応は適切で大変親切にしてくれました。

あえて上げるなら、ホテル周りの道路は大変狭く坂の勾配もきつめなので、高齢の方やお子様連れの方は駅から歩くのは大変かもしれません。タクシーのご利用をオススメします。

Good location and clean rooms

Excellent location with many shops and eateries just downstairs. The mid level escalator is just around the corner from the hotel.

The lifts were tiny and took quite a while to come but that isn’t really an issue when you are on vacation. Noise from the corridor is really loud. when the neighbours talk loudly when waiting from the lift, you’d be hard pressed not to eavesdrop on their conversation

It was good value given that the hotel is located in a prime location on Hong Kong Island.

A very well appointed Hotel.

The hotel is well situated in the Central area of Hong-Kong, and in early reach of the MTR and Mid-level escalater and the Ding-dings. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The hotel is very close to many great restaurants. The staff were very helpful in organising a taxi to take us to the Airport as we only speak a few words of Cantonese. A lovely hotel and would love to return one day.

It's a long way down from the 20th floor for someone with vertigo🤣

Good hospitality, inconvenient location

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

The location - the hotel is situated in a very narrow street which is difficult to grab a taxi. What’s worse, there is a construction site opposite and steps of stairs to the Main Street.

I do not prefer for the next time.

The location is perfect, just at the centre of Hong Kong.

It was so noisy because of construction works in the hotel. I couldn’t get a proper shower as the water pressure was not enough!

Best place to stay to try all the local eats on foot

Location, location and location! I was 2 to 5 minutes walk to every eatery I wanted to try. The daipaidong stalls are just across the the narrow Wellington street. Graham street market offers traditional soy sauces and cheap imported fruits. Mak’s Noodles, Tsim Chai Kei, Yat Lok Roast Goose etc are 2 minutes walk away. The hotel is next to the mid levels escalator so Tai Kwun is 5 minutes from hotel.

Privacy is limited as the window is facing the building across. I could see my reflection on that building’s glass so had to draw the day curtains all day when I’m in.

The service staff are very kind and try to solve the problem as much as possible👍

The room is very humid and smelly, the water pressure in the shower is insufficient, the water temperature is hot and cold, and there is construction nearby without prior notice, which affects the quality of rest.

There is a strong smell of humidity everywhere in the hotel. Probably it's the case everywhere in Hong Kong, but together with the old furniture and very small room it gives you an impression of 2 star hotel

Exceptional

The hotel was very well located near all of the key sights that we wanted to see around Hong Kong island - the peak tram, the star ferry, etc. It is also very close to Hong Kong and Central Stations enabling easy access to the airport and other locations around the city via the MTR. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and able to answer every question we had. The room was clean and whilst not massive was perfectly sized for a couple with two large bags. Overall we had a very enjoyable experience staying at the Butterfly on Wellington Street hotel.

It's a shame the hotel hasn't invested in proper heating devices, it's freezing cold in the rooms during win

Central heating doesn't work well (or at all!). So in winter, with below 15 degrees, it's very cold even with 2 blankets and thick clothing... Hope the hotel can invest in proper heating air-con.

Location and it’s extremely value for money

This is a boutique hotel so there’s no facilities or restaurant at all. though the room I stayed is considered acceptable but I found carpet stains. the hotel should look into deep cleaning or changing the carpets in the room

fantastic experience. quiet, great staff, clean and spacious room

fantastic experience. i loved the location, close to both local residential areas and also commercial centers. very quiet street at night. the staff was so courteous. if you ask for anything form the front desk, they’d be there within a minute, literally. Very spacious room for such location. great price. would def stay again.
