The view of the city and ocean from the room is unparalleled. The rooftop pool is clean and its surroundings are tidy. Compared to an european 4 stars hotel the breakfast selection is relatively small (3 hot dishes, 1 porridge, 2-3 cold dishes, fruit) but changes daily and always includes meat, pasta and vegetables/fruits. Next to it there is a huge supermarket.

The hotel is quite dark inside and needs renovation. I wouldn't dare to walk around in the area at night.

Hotel employees were curteous but very few knew English. The reception girl used Googletranslate just to be able to help me She also used her own InDrive app to call me a taxi. All Reception people were very patient and helpful.

The location felt unsafe, at least for a foreigner. It was a poor neighbourhood close to run down buildings that you could see from the window of the room and from the restaurant It's not an area where you can leisurely walk on the streets. The swimming pool is smaller than shown in the pictures. During my stay, there were construction workers up there doing what appeared like a massive update The view from the 12th floor where the swimming pool is located is actually very nice - you can see the ocean. The restaurant and food were OK ( basic) but a lot of waiters did not seem properly trained for hotel work. A few times they touched the fruit with bare hands to put it on my plate instead of letting me do that. They put little packages of ketchup or salt& pepper with bare hands on my hot food plate, touching my food instead of bringing such items separately, on small plates or providing them in an area where customers can get those items themselves. Also, the restaurant looked very dated with dark red synthetic table cloth and polyester napkins. The windows with black metal frames looked old with film damaged at the corners. In my hotel room the hot water in the shower did not work The white towels were not really white. Fortunately the bed was very comfortable.

The location was a bit scary. Only 1 elevator working, took some time as the hotel was crowded. The room was small and had only one towel was provided at check in, They did supply the additional towels for two people. The Wi-Fi was in and out as well.
