Was für ein Hotel

Die Lage ist bestens !! Wenige Meter vom Strand ,nur über die Straße und man ist im Wasser. Die Strandpromenade ist neu gemacht . Umgebung bestens ! Viele Restaurants im Umkreis !

Das Hotel selbst ??! Das Rezeption Personal war nicht freundlich !! Nicht Perfekt im Umgang und nur mäßig Englische Sprache .Musste gleich mal 3000 Baht hinterlegen !! Dafür war die Mini Bar Leer .Nix drinnen ! Danke .Zimmer war am anfangs o.k.! Haben ausgepackt ! Auf einmal hat es im Badezimmer angefangen zu Regnen .Alles unter Wasser .Rohrbruch es hat von der Decke und Dusche Geregnet !! Anruf und wir haben gleich ein anders Zimmer 2 Etagen tiefer bekommen !! Danke ! Was für ein Stress ! Mussten wieder alles umräumen ! Zimmerkarten hatten wieder nicht funktioniert ! Endlich neues Zimmer ! Nach einen Tag war der Safe Kaputt und wir kahmen nicht zum Geld !! Batterien waren nach Telefonieren zum tauschen ! Danke .Pool war sauber O.K. Das Restaurant überteuert !! Plus 10% Service und Taxe 7% wurden auch noch aufgeschlagen !! Danke !! Zur Abreiße haben wir 2 Tage vorher ein Taxi nach Bangkok Airport an der Rezeption gebucht !! Ist aber eine 1/2 Stunde später gekommen was für ein Stress schon wieder !! Danke nicht wieder !!

お部屋もとても綺麗でアメニティーも揃っててとても良かったです！そして１階には海を一望しならがらのレストランも付いているのでとてもオススメです！

A-Oneグループがこの周辺に多いのでHOTELへ向かう際はしっかり確認して向かう必要が有ります！自分もあA-Oneグループの別のHOTELに入ってしまいました(汗)

Busy place for busy people on the go, go home for a rest

We preferred to get going in the morning and breakfasted elsewhere, Location was great, on beach road, just jump on the Baht bus and get off whenever, beach across the road,return route up 2nd road by baht bus, Hotel between Soi 2 and Soi 3,at the 2nd road end is Terminal 21 shopping centre, only few hundred metres walk, amazing place, food choice amazing, visually amazing

Close to the beach

Relaxing on the pool eating some nuts , a lady attendant told us it was illegal to eat nuts while sitting around the pool area ??? Wondering why ? Although everyone was eating fish, rice and all kinds of foods , this was very disrespectful and unnecessary and cheap action

absolutely Unacceptable

nothing .the property was old no ac in the lobby or in the room hall ways. to make matters worse they changed my room two times and neither of the Acs were working. the staff were rude and couldn’t speak a word of english. absolutely disgusting and not worth a penny. we paid in advance and were refused a refund. we couldn’t stay with out an ac so we had to check into and pay for another hotel

Very bad experience

The only plus point is the location, the hotel is good but the rooms have cracks and damaged, no lock on bathroom doors was really weird, no one picks up in reservation when called from hotel room phone, very very late room service as well as service in fat coco restaurant is also late. They demand damage deposit of 200$ when you reach the hotel but since it hasn’t been listed anywhere and we were not informed before they themselves declared we don’t list it anywhere for the guest information. Bad practice of the hotel.

There was lots of smoke coming from the AC control switch all of a sudden and we had to go down to the lobby and ask them to come up and repair it but then too they were too lazy and took lots of time to attend to the problem, no lock on bathroom doors was weird and uncomfortable since we travelled as family and friends. Undisclosed damage deposit demanded at the moment of check-in is a bad practice.

Improve the breakfast for asking for 500 Baht per person.

The fitness center was the best.

Great location. Average stay..

The location is very good. But the entry of the Hotel should have been from the front.

We were given a room smaller than what was shown while booking the hotel. We had to spend one night in a small room. Next day upon requesting so so many times were given a different room. The hotel needs renovation as the flooring and everything look very old and degraded. The staff need to be more polite. The breakfast options were very limited and food quality was very very average there was not even papaya in the breakfast.

all in all, we picked this place because of the great offering price but for sure, next time we will look with more care

The hotel, a great location, the bar in the pool what was attached was rather OK, but really felt. This is two different companies.

The breakfast was very poor, and the system with a ticket is complicated and the food is basically not much to offer. It's not really worth it. The money we paid for also the service stuff all over at the hotel beside the front desk. Do not speak English very well and not really friendly and felt welcome. The hotel room we got first in was so noisy because of the ventilation pipes front of our window the first night we could not sleep at all. Next day they change the room was a little bit better. The guest areas are very outdated furnished.

Clean, comfortable bed, location is good

Breakfast was terrible would be better to reduce price of the room instead of including Breakfast, realy bad. Also fat coco's a restaurant in the hotel, we spent the evening with friends there, the food was good although a little pricey, but I ordered two 550ml glasses of beer, when it arrived the glasses were only half full, I pointed this out to the girl only to be told "this is how we do it" I then had to point out that all the other customers had full glasses, but didn't get a top up
