En general todo bien. Muy buena atención ya que solicité un cambio días antes y no tuvieron ningún problema en realizarlo.
Que no tuviera estacionamiento, si permiten estacionar en el otro hotel que está a 2 cuadras. Pero nada grave

Location close to the industries to visit clients, they supplied breakfast in the room it was ok, for all other food had to walk 40 meters to the same hotel next door they had all the facilities Resturant was very good food excellent staff very friendly better to stay in the other building called Latorre that is very good, did not know when I booked.
No towels in my room, no coffee machine nothing open at the restaurant not even a drinking glass in the room no heating in the room room was cold no extra blankets, no Air conditioner. I will not stay at this location again called plaza.
