Horrible experience, unprofessional staff, no human sympathy. Won't recommend to anyone

The hotel locatin' was easily accessible though having a signboard would have helped in easily locating the building

The hotel exposed me to a very terrible experience. Despite arriving about the estimated time I had previously communicated to the hotel, there was no room reserbed for me. In fact, I was stranded about 12 mid night looking for alternative accommodation. The receptionist I met was unapologetic and dismissive claiming my booking was with booking.col and not them. There was no conscious effort by the hotel to source for alternative accommodation for me. In all my travels, I've not had a worse experience.

Pleasant

Firstly it was hard to find the property. There's no name at the gate so i past by twice. They placed me in standard room meanwhile i booked an executive suit. The bed was small amd was travelling with a 2 year old and didnt have any provison for kids. They refused English breakfast for me and wanted to give me nigerian breakfast. They didn't want to give the baby breakfast either.

It has the potential to attract and keep guests, if more attention is paid to cleanliness.

- I didn't have breakfast. - Hotel is well located in a strategic area. - Facility is fairly good. - Staff were competent and friendly.

- Though the facility is fairly good. It needs to be better maintained. - Management needs to do better with cleanliness. - Pungent smells from the bathroom/toilet vents. - Unavailability of Coffee in the deluxe room. Only a sachet of tea was there. When I enquired, was told coffee wasn't given to guests. Why tea then?

Bad and the worst customer service ever.

it was spacious

The fact that the pictures of the room on this site show’s Executive room 30k. On getting there, we got a very different room that doesn’t look like what I have seen a booked.. it was a smaller room. Had to make complains they said your app puts out wrong details so it’s not their fault. not only that, the room comes with complimentary breakfast, they refused to serve it. meanwhile this booking app shows complimentary breakfast. I’m not happy at all, and I promise never to go there again, they’ve just lost a client!

Good Ambience,the black front desk lady is Rude.

Everyone is so friendly aside the black front desk lady.

Won't be coming back because of the front desk lady Jane. Very rude. The last time he called us mumu, this time around she banged the phone on us because we simply ask if we have breakfast. I wonder how she still work here.

The ceiling of my room was discolored from water i think(physical appearance of the room is subpar to the pictures) The restaurant wouldn’t give us wine glasses while waiting for our rooms to get prepared insisted we had to buy atleast water. The electricity was not 24hours. Couldn’t get a wine opener to my room had to go to the restaurant. Customer service is very okay apart from the part where you have to buy something in the restaurant before you can get glasses lol although the glasses were later brought to my room. Barely Okay value for money …wouldn’t recommend

The location was awesome with respect to the places I wanted to go. The facilities were also good in my view. Overall, it was ok for me. I don't really need much to be happy.

Seems they don't have a no-smoking policy. For someone that does not smoke, there was too much smoke in the building, both cigarettes and probably weed. The annoying thing was that I once perceived the cigarettes/weed smoke in my own room. It was really disgusting. Whole passages smelled like a weed room smh. This is the only reason I didn't give a higher rating.

well everything is nice, just that the building needs maintenance, it’s at a good location

Some rooms got a smelly bathroom, the fridge wasn’t working as well as the telecom, and the fact they said I wasn’t entitled to a breakfast too. Trash attitude
