Très propre, chambres très confortables et parking pratiques.
La réception était hyper lente. Une demi heure pour récupérer une chambre réservée, deux employés visiblement dépassés une réceptionniste portant des signe convictionnels promouvant l'Islam politique. Ce n'est pas acceptable.

L´emplacement, le style de l´hôtel, le confort.
Le fait de devoir payer la piscine, couette beaucoup trop chaude en cette saison, la disparition de la petite restauration au bar et la rareté du personnel rencontré

The location of the Hotel is convenient and close to the famous Spa
The staff weren't polite and helpful; no one was at the reception all the time we had to wait for so long to see someone.
The use of their Health Centre was 17 Euro per person, which was a waste of money comparing the service and places such as Des Therems Spa, within 2 minute's distance.

it was clean, friendly staff, it has a spa with pool, hammam and sauna, didn’t do the massage tho it was a little bit expensive for us
the isolation is not very good, you can hear the people from the other rooms and from the hallway; didn’t have a outside pool

It was a nice location. Breakfast was possible from 7. Storage facilities for my bicycle.
The restaurant was not open. There are many restaurants downtown. The breakfast is a bit expensive with 21 euros.

Bar staff were very pleasant.
Unable to eat in restaurant on first night as fully booked. Restaurant closed for the second and third night. Clothes from previous guest left in room. Only feather pillows which caused allergic reaction. Breakfast very poor for price charged.

Two single beds pushed together does NOT make a double bed. Not enough car parking. Restaurant either closed or full up even for residents.

This is good as always expected for Radisson hotels. Our standard rooms were not available but there was no issue to get an upgrade for free!

The Premium room was very comfortable, and had all the things you would need for a short stay of few days. The breakfast was also great.
