Great location and good view

The location, it was Christmas so it was a bit chaotic. The staff team was all great esp. Mr King who showed us around the top floor restaurant. He was so elegant and welcoming. We will stay again. We also like the newly renovated room. The gym is well equipped.

Nothing. Maybe too many staff at the poolside that made relaxing there a bit uncomfortable - it was winter time and there were 5 staff - even they were friendly and tried to smile all the time!

Our stay at the Shangri la was excellent with a good size standard room and a well located hotel.

Great Xmas entertainment put on by the hotel. Also it adjoins Pacific Place with all its shops and restaurants. The Peak Tram is within walking distance across a nice park.

The Xmas Eve buffet was too expensive at 1400HKD plus tax.

Never come back again hong kong island shangrila,

I just extended my room, shangrila stuff taken me 1400hk$ , i didnt understand that payment !!! Already paid my room payment, reception and stuff like a crook

Room service, cleaning also one time payment needed,,, wtf

Great location and amazing view if you ask for rooms overlooking the Peak

Located within Pacific Place so shops and restaurants nearby . Also MTR station connects with Pacific Place

Bathrooms a little dated . Hotel may have undergone renovation but bathrooms could be more up to date

Pleasant.

Breakfast is amazing! They have a wide range Chinese breakfast selections. You can taste some best Hongkong local food at the buffet without going to the street. Very impressive!

The facility in our room is a bit outdated. However the room size is nice.

The hotel is beautiful. Although the room is a bit old, it’s super clean and the staff are very professional and welcoming. The hotel bar is very sophisticated and has a great atmosphere. we would love to come back to visit again.

the room is extremely well designed and comfortable even up to 4 people

Okay, not return again.

Not too far from town centre.

No cleaning service on first day until I complained at 3 pm in the afternoon. Room is too old and needs renovation. Lift service is terrible. Lift don't come by and wilt for a long time and loads of people waiting at the lobby for the lifts. I suspect only 2 out of 5 lifts were in service.
