Great roof top balcony with views to the bay. Spacious room with nice interior. Many pastries and desserts to select from at breakfast. Free parking close by.

More as an improvement suggestion, bigger variety of breads would have been nice.

the room num 305 was the best !!!. .excellent. the room was spacious. the room made of 2 separate rooms and a living room . spacious shower and toilet . a sun terrace overlooking the promenade and the see.

a little more types of vegetables and more variety salads at breakfast .

We spent a fantastic week in Hotel Pine. Its location is fantastic, just on the promenade next to the Kotor bay, with a view on the water. All restaurants and cafés on the promenade are full in the morning and evening hours, it was great to see such a buzzling life there. While the hotel has no beach or pool, the nearest city beach is just a few minutes walk away. A parking lot is available (free for the hotel guests) 50 meters from Pine. Tivat's location is central if you want to visit Kotor, Perast, Herceg Novi, Budva, the Blue Cave, the Plavi Horizonti beach (a.k.a. Przno beach) etc. Receptionists, waiters are all lovely, helpful people. We got the option for a 10% discount provided that we paid in cash (ATM is nearby).

The operation of the air conditioning was sometimes difficult to control.

Great staff, very helpful, and the rooms were very comfortable, great showers and all very clean!

We booked this hotel for the views and we were not disappointed. Location was great, with access to plenty of restaurants and bars. Bed was comfortable. Bathrobes and slippers provided which was a bonus as well as some toiletries. Hotel seemed really clean. The girls on reception were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, very friendly and helpful which made for an enjoyable stay.

Breakfast. We chose here because of the outstanding breakfast reviews, unfortunately we didn’t feel they catered for the British palate, with way too many sweet dishes and cake, not really many healthy options. Coffee/tea/juice was out of a machine and really not good. Restaurant staff were not particularly helpful. Can be a little noisy at night.

Location and free parking nerby. We had a room with a seaview balcanh which was nice.

Few evenings were quite noicy as there was a performer singing downstears and a local band / event in front of the hotel. Also, the coffee at breakfast is terrible from an automat and they would refuse to make you a capouccino, even though other customers (outside of hotel) were served. At this price you should get desent coffee.

The location of this property can not be beat. It is located right in front of the water and surrounded by great places to eat. The room was very modern and clean and staff was friendly and helpful. There were a few issues with windows and room safe, but they had a big storm the night before and trying to dig out.
