Lovely!

The breakfast was amazing!

The slopes could have been better mapped out. I was new to this mountain and I was confused what level of run it was. That was a bit nerve wracking as I did not want to end up on a black diamond by accident.

Super Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause.

Super Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Tolles Frühstück mit extra Spiegelei oder Omelette gemacht. Schöne saubere Zimmer und Sauna zum entspannen. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Konnten sogar die Skipässe über das Hotel buchen und am letzten Tag nach unserem Skitag nochmal duschen. Waren rundum begeistert.

In St Anton bei Freunden zuhause

Annalisa und ihr Team waren immer da und haben versucht einem den schönsten Aufenthalt im Arlen Lodge zu ermöglichen. Mit ihren offenen und herzlichen Art und Weise geben sie einem dem ganzen Aufenthalt ein spezielle Atmosphäre als wäre man bei Freunden zuhause und nicht in einem hochmodernen Hotel ohne Charakter.

A must stay in St. Anton for anybody, exceptional in all categories.

Everything is exceptional. The owner goes above and beyond to help you with anything. She can plan your hiking trails for you and knows everything about the town and environs. The breakfast is exceptional with a cook to order from the exceptional breakfast staff. Everything is well done and cared for down to the smallest detail. The owner and staff are fabulous, nice and welcoming. Definitely a 10 all around.

Perfect

We had a great stay. Super kind staff who helped us with the best day trips and restaurants. Honestly never met such a great host…; and we have traveled the world. The place was perfect. Wish the Hotel all the best!

Excellent hotel with bar & restaurant within 5 mins walk of the main ski lift. Happy to return here.

Breakfast was buffet and very varied and included a good selection of both hot and cold alternatives. Fresh fruit, breads and best of all an excellent 'bean to cup' coffee machine.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble & they always had a smile.

Amazing stay! Will definitely come back!

The hotel was amazing! The staff was very nice. The breakfast was really good. And the restaurant underneath the hotel is amazing! Good food, live music and nice staff! Would recommend 10/10!

The hotel is pretty expensive, like everything else in Sankt Anton...

Fantastic place to stay for some great skiing.

Hotel was great, breakfast was super, just right for a day's skiing. Rooms were comfortable and staff very helpful. Food in the main restaurant was also very nice.

Exceptional

Made to feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. Host and staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for you, loved the food, rooms were very comfortable and location bang on. Definitely recommend.

Nice basic hotel, simple, 15 min walk from centre, rude owner.

The reception staff when we arrived were very welcoming. sadly the hotel was not ski in ski out like advertised but that’s not their fault. I enjoyed the breakfasts though they were very basic, no poached eggs or omelettes available, it was the same things every day and if you aren’t quick enough the bacon has gone. we are in the restaurant one evening and the food was good, the ribs were lovely.

The bathrooms need renovation, the shower doors are so flimsy, I was quite disappointed when we saw the room however we were there to ski so wouldn’t be in it much. so hot every night we kept the window open. we went down the restaurant on our first evening, the loveliest South African lady greeted us, she was so friendly and helpful and only there 3 days. I went to the bathroom and when I returned to the bar area it was filling up with people, that’s when I encountered the owner, a group of people arrived and said they were here for their 6pm booking, the owner shouted for everyone to hear ‘ THIS IS NOT OK MAAM, REALLY NOT GOOD, YOU ARE LATE!!!’ everyone put their heads down as she sucked the life out of the bar. They were 12 min late. She sat them down, then proceeded to run around the bar out of control with zero professionalism, saying she needed a shot and the whole night was going to be a disaster. It was awful to watch, you just don’t carry on like that. If I had been that group I’d have rather gone hungry than been spoken to like that. She could have quietly informed them you are late, so please can you make your choices quickly so I can get the order to the kitchen asap, with a smile. Needless to say I wouldn’t return. we are definitely returning to St Anton, it’s fabulous and we had amazing dinners in hotels and found a gorgeous place to stay near the Galzig for our return next year.

Picturesque views and welcoming atmosphere

It was perfect! We loved the hotel ladies very nice they waited for us after check in hours because we were traveling from far. Breakfast was also amazing and it was absolutely spotless never seen place so clean! Loved it!

Perfect stay for a relaxed long weekend in St Anton

Fantastic little hotel with great service. The staff were super helpful with all my questions. It is also worth asking Annalisa for ski tips for the day! The location was perfect for us. You can ski out from the hotel. The ski bus also stops outside the hotel. The hotel is not in the central area, which is something we liked a lot. We could ski from the hotel to the Nassereinbahn lift station and then ski back down into St Anton for some après ski, before catching the bus back to the hotel. If you want to be in party central, then this probably isn't the place for you. Breakfast was excellent. It wasn't a huge buffet, but everything was well selected. The pastries and dates in particular were delicious. It was really nice to come back from a days skiing and use the sauna.

The only slight negative I can think of is the number or places to eat in the local area is quite small. There aren't many places within walking distance and I wouldn't want to eat in Theo's every night. I would definitely plan dinner locations in advance and book even just for a few nights. This is obviously not a reflection on the hotel, but something to consider. I don't drink coffee, but unfortunately, my friend didn't think it was that good.
