Vacaciones de camino

Amabilidad del personal. Muy buena atención, muy limpio tanto la habitación como la piscina y áreas comunes. Fácil acceso. Recomendado, en nuestro caso para pasar una noche ya que estábamos de camino a un destino más lejano. Se descansa muy bien.

Todo estuvo muy bien. No tienen restaurante , pero ofrecen muy buena opción de desayuno en la habitación, también es fácil y cerca salir para comer o comprar víveres para consumir en el hotel.

I liked the proximity to the ocean.

There's an old saying that you get what you paid for. This is budget accommodation with a basic, no frills room. I thought it rather strange that there was no mirror in the bathroom.

Great location, but construction killed the vibe.

The pool was great for cooling down after a long, hot beach day. I loved the fact that breakfast can be served straight to your room and you can have a little breakfast on the patio or in bed. Great location and walking distance to everything.

The rooms were infested with mosquitoes. We killed over a dozen on the first day and they kept coming back. There was a huge construction site right near our room, which resulted in 6am loud noises from the site (even on Saturday morning). The area near the construction site smelled and could have been causing all the bugs.

Very good

Very nice and big room. The hotel is not new, but is clean and well kept. Interesting the fact that they serve in-room breakfast.

Coffee was too bad. The breakfast could definitely improve.

Exceptional

Excellent location, 5 min walk to beach and strip. Rooms were bigger then expected. Loved the outside balcony eating area.

I didn't like the fact, that ONE early morning at 7 am...the neiboring property start cutting down trees, with chain saws.

Had a relaxing 6 days here after travelling up from Panama

Great location close to the beach and the Main Street in Jaco but in a quiet spot in an easy walk to both. Beautifully maintained grounds and pool Our self contained unit had just been upgraded with new bathroom, quiet air conditioner and a fresh coat of paint. Great value with a huge breakfast include and unlimited tea and coffee available all day

Our car was crashed inside the hotel parking lot! NO immediate assistance from the hotel manager!

Room size and distance to the beach.

1. The shower had problems and no hot water came out. 2. In the apartment below, there was construction work and a lot of noise came early in the morning like 07am (Saturday and Sunday). No previous communication was provided about that. 3. Some other guest crashed into our car on Saturday in the Hotel parking lot and there was NO immediate assistance from the hotel because the manager was not "able" to attend us. We asked for the security cameras to be reviewed on the same day that the incident happened and the communication only was sent by the hotel on Monday that they "would review what happened". It passed 5 days and there is no confirmation yet. We reached out our lawyer to review the case with the hotel.

the location of the hotel is fine, very near to the beach and the restaurants.

The hotel was not clean at all, the first day I have found two big Cockroaches in the bathroom. The breakfast was very poor. The beach is not clean and more suitable for surfers.

The room was really dirty even after the cleaners cleaned us the room. The bed, the sheets and the towels were really dirty. When we told that to the receptionist he told us they can't clean anymore. Even the water in the totilet didn't flush so we were stuck and waited to the morning to get out of there. This is by far the worst value-for-money hotel we have been at Costa Rica for the last month. The only thing good is the hotel pool and location. But do not let the high grade of booking to make you wrong. I believe the grade of the hotel should be 4 or 5 but just because the hotel grade is 8.8 I gave it grade 1 to make the average closer to the truth.

One of the best hotels for reasonable price I experienced at all.Really big room, comfortable beds, powerfull A/C, great pool, nature around, 1-2min walk to the beach, breakfast to your room, 24/7 coffee on reception, bikes to rent, umbrellas if rainy, BBQ fireplace on demand next to the pool.Also small things was nice as big roll of toilet paper or shampoo in bathroom.Staff was extremely nice, smiley and helpful with everything

Breakfast almost the same everyday.Rice with beans + scrambled eggs + something small changing (circle of ham or slice of cheese and so) Its a bit pity but anyway, this con is the only one thing. I would take this hotel again and again, very very very nice experience:)) thank u

Friendly staff. Nice, clean, and comfy room. Great coffee and breakfast in the morning. Great location only a minute to the beach. Very nice pool and lounge chairs to sit out in the garden.

Good times

Small hotel close to the beach front. Quite. Clean. Professional customer service. Complimentary coffee. Breakfast in the morning, typical. No problem when requesting anything. View of the pool from any room location. All other visitors were respectful of the noise after the sun went down. Close walking distance to the main strip. Jaco has always been my least favorite place to visit. This location will have us coming back.
