It’s still one of the best in Bangalore despite all the newcomers .

Lovely garden with a large pool. Makes a huge difference to the atmosphere to be able to be outside more.

We arrived early in the morning and insisted on charging for a full night.

Exceptional and will be back often, One of Bengaluru’s best !!!

Every single aspect was spectacular. The courtesy of the staff was impeccable. Example , a chef named Radika saw that I hurt my neck, arranged for a special pillow, and called to check if I was ok ! The food was good. The rooms were well designed and the offering within the room was good.

Service from staff at breakfast was poor. They often serve you, forget about your menu order and you have to remind them.

Warmth of the staff all around. Attention to detail. The facilities in the room and in the hotel were impressive. There is an old world charm with good quality / latest facilities. Breakfast and dinner was great quality. They ensured to make our anniversary memorable.

Awesome hotel, staff and food !

The staff at the hotel, room quality, the awesome restaurant, the vast greenery. The staff have been exceptionally good,polite, well mannered and are very responsive and well trained.

Excellent, memorable service to end my holidays in India. Will definitely be back!

Staff going beyond the duties to accomodate our requests. For example, I had flight delays and requested late checkout, duty manager Nikhil granted me till 4pm ( whereby usual check out is 12pm). Ala carte breakfast, the tranquility inside Oberoi gardens. Every staff from the security at the gate to reception, restaurant- service with a smile. there is a lot we can learn from them!

Great rooms and customer service experience! Dinner at Wabi-Sabi was excellent, the breakfast variety and overall experience simply awesome! Loved sitting in the garden open area and absorbing the beautiful garden and the gorgeous, giant 100+ year-old raintree.

Staff was very good. Food was very good.

Cleaniness, unneccasary prices of food etc, not having class of 5* can be passed a 4* hotel. Toilets gutter are not draining, too small rooms.

The BEST hotel in Bangalore!

I love the setting, so many trees and flowers in a lush garden. The rooms have balconies and are very charming and service is top notch! Also, I think they have a fabulous breakfast buffet and wonderful accommodations for vegans. So many people remembered me from my last stay and that was so nice. It’s my favorite hotel experience ever!

We loved the hospitality and overall service at the hotel. The spa service was phenomenal and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. They took very good care of us and we definitely see coming back to this place in the future.
