Staff!! I cannot stress out how genuinely helpful and warm employees of this hotel. I would give it a 10/10 for the people behind the training of this employees. Located in the middle of the busy city but theres peace once u entered the hotel. Like a feeling of safety after the whole day hustling in their busy city. Pricey but worth it. Great breakfast, great amenities .

Extremely well presented and professional staff members. We arrived early and our room was ready even with a nice birthday decoration on bed and tasty birthday cake for my partner ( I did mentioned its his Birthday though I wasn't expecting this level of care on reception). Hetal at reception made our check in experience extremely pleasant as i was bit concerned for arriving early but they surprised us BIG TIME by already being prepared for us to receive as guest at no additional cost. We had our first lunch at the hotel Momo kitchen at the lobby which was a great experience, tasty food with lot of choice on Buffet and the vegan Ala cart menu for my partner was spot on. The waiter Bekham gave us a great service. Extremely detail and understand the need of the dinner before even asking. Young but Dynamic Bekham definitely made our dinning experience pleasant. The pool was great , nice and warm I guess we spent more time in pool then in actual city sight seeing as the hotel made is so comfortable for us not to leave it. The location was great hence no time to get bored plenty to do outdoors as the metro is just 100 meters away. Room service was great. The food was tasty and portion were big. The last night Dinner at Umrao was pleasant and the food was tasty. As a world traveler I could pin minor issues what I didn't like , however Service from Hotel Housekeeping staffs , Hetal at Reception and Bekham at The Momo restaurant in lobby just made it 5*. Excellent service and great value for the money.

The room was nice and clean with only one con the sliding doors of bathroom too tight or heavy to slide and the cupboard door ! (please change it , I chipped my nail trying to open it . I forgot about it as the reception was good) . The room corridors have a moldy smell wasn't too pleasant it can be fixed I believe before I return again in few months time. :)

there was some kind of noise all night, and I did not get Wi-Fi protection, and my TV did not have any signal to enjoy the cricket match
