Short but pleasant. Great rooftop view for brekky & dinner.

Staff were very nice. The room was large and comfortable! Depending on your room (we were level 6) be careful as the roof dips in part of the room near the bed & we bumped our head a few times! We booked very last minute. We did send a couple of messages via booking.com but we didn’t receive a reply. We were concerned because we wanted to make sure we could check in at 2.30am as our flight landed early morning. We had no trouble. It was open & staffed & we were able to go straight to our room & to sleep.

Lovely hotel but needs some work

Lovely huge room, the roof top breakfast lovely as was the roof top bar superb location view was stunning and the staff super attentive

The spa was so disappointing freezing pool waste of time. And whilst the room was a great size it was very tired needing items of damaged furniture refurbished or replaced and the room was very noisy at night

location of the hotel is great close all public transportation and great places of the Istanbul. rooms are good comfort and clean. all hotel architecture is very nice.

Will stay here again

location is fantastic. lots of good restaurants and bars close by. taxis easily accessible. Dilara from guest relations was just amazing. she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. she arranged flexible checkin/ check out, umbrellas on rainy days and shared her list of top sites in Istanbul. Dilara’s happy smiles and can do attitude definitely made the stay pleasant!

Room with old style memories Friendly staff. Location is walking distance to Isteklal Street and Galata area.

Hot water tap take 10 mn to be ready for use in a cold December time.

Great location but not for people with walking disabilities.

The location is great because it it 5 mins walk to Istiklal Caddesi and 5 mins to Sishane metro station, 5 mins walk to the Laundry and taxi stand. also its located opposite the Famous Pera Palace Hotel.

the main lift kept breaking down an the alternative lift can only fit a maximum of 3 people. The breakfast menu was the same during our 6 days of stay.

Great location and a fair value for money

The location was great. It’s five minutes away from Istiklal Caddesi and Sishane metro station, five minutes away from laundry in taxi stand two minutes and across the street is the famous Pera Palace Hotel.

The main lift kept breaking down and the alternative lift was very small just enough for 2 to 3 people. The breakfast menu was the same during our five days of stay.

In the very heart of European's part of Istanbul

The location is perfect and breakfasts served on the top floor with city view are very good! Also the staff was friendly and quite helpful.

The bathroom sink was being clogged almost every time we used it. The bathroom itself was quite old and worn out. As for the room, the windows were not really sound-protective so even with the shut windows I could hear loud music from the street every night till 1-2am. The hotel has a very slow elevator and we had to wait for it for a lot of time almost every day: one working elevator is obviously not enough for the number of guests accommodated in the hotel. Also I didn't like the fact that the hotel's wifi was kind of public (with a password required only after the connection), so that I couldn't use it for work purposes due to lack of net-protection.

Safety box, big room and bed, Helpfull staff.

The pillows was too thick, very uncomfortable, the floor in the bathroom was dirty and wasn't cleaned during our week.

the most amazing part of our trip was the massage and Turkish bath(hamam). If you plan on staying at this hitel then definitely book massage and Turkish bath. It’s a wonderful experience and Saif is an amazing guy who helped us a lot !! The location of the hotel is wonderful, 5 minutes away from Shishane metro station, 15 mns walking to Galata tower. It’s great. The staff is amazing and very very helpful. This is my 4th time staying here and it never disappoints!

when we first received our room there was a smell of cigarettes in the room. We told the bellboy but they just act as if they don’t understand 😂 the smell didn’t stick long because we opened the windows. it happened another time after the room was cleaned… other than that, all great.

Great Location

The location is perfect, close by Galata Tower, surrounded by many coffee places, restaurants, shops! The rooms are very spacious, at least the room we had with two beds. The bathroom is spacious too. The Spa is a plus also, for whom like to go for a sauna or Hallandale after a long day of walk. It is for free for the hotel clients.

The food has to be improved. The breakfast is not tasty. Also, be careful the restaurant on the rooftop, which is not part of the hotel, has really bad food. Just go there for a drink admiring the view. Don’t expect nothing else. It is really cold in the hotel. They have a central heating system as they told us which starts only with a specific temperature outside so they couldn’t do anything about it. It was 20 to 25 degrees Celsius outside and way colder inside. We were really cold by night. I was working in the room during the day, and my fingers were frozen. Last but not least, the isolation needs to be improved too.

Look of the lunchroom Old and not clean The housekeeper not acceptable we had a larg corner room the air conditioning was leaking from the roof Told them few times but couldn’t fixit The towels so old sone has a hole on them and more and more.
