Ballermann-Hotel in Patong

Zentrale Lage, Geräumige Zimmer, Restaurant mit sehr guter Qualität, preiswertes Frühstück, freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant, tägliche Zimmerreinigung allerdings sehr oberflächlich,

Urlaubshotel mit Bordellbetrieb, Lage an 2 Durchgangsstraßen mit viel Verkehr 24h, Baulärm in der Nähe täglich von 8 - 16 Uhr, Rücksichtslose und laute Gäste aus Osteuropa

hotel was good and the room was great. wifi super fast and reliable on the pool side rooms. everything very clean.

big bed but very hard. aircon was noisy and I could easily hear the guy watching tv in the next room. be careful taking beer from the fridge minibar - I bought beer the next day but the maid had already restocked and ice it’s billed it stays on the bill.

See Phuket on a bike!

Good localization, which actually didn’t matter, because we rented a motorbike at the hotel. The bike was in a good condition (maybe the brakes could be better - just keep an eye out). Great room service. The pool was actually pretty deep at one side. The staff was very helpful. They even rescued us with the bike (I didn’t know how to start it properly, my bad).

The pool didn’t look too welcoming, and I never seen anybody swimming 😅

Maybe would stay again but not in a groundfloor room

check in very smooth, very friendly staff, good breakfast

I had zero privacy in my "Pool view room" unless I closed the curtains completely; the pool was directly in front of the room which meant that I had people walking pass or sitting in front of my room all the time, had to listen to their conversations, music and TV shows they watched on their devices; ended up checking out early. No kettle, coffee/tea in the room

Worst nightmare experience! Do not stay!!! The staff is extremely rude.They didn't allow us enter our room, made us wait on the street and called the police to deport us when we were about to pay for our stay but our group leader was away for a little while. The rooms had cockroaches and bedbugs running around

A gem in Patong

We have been visiting for 20 years if we in Phuket. We use a room with kitchenette It is TOTALLY SPOTLESS. Towels and bed changed everyday and beds so comfy!!! If you don't feel like facing the madness of Patong their restaurant is EXCELLENT Cannot recommend highly enough and special thanks and hugs to Sao who organised trips, motorbikes and even located our lost luggage Sao. You are a diamond and.Roman congratulations.on such a great place to.stay in Patong The pool is small and shaded. But with soooo.many beaches it is an insignificant.detal To all at Sonhill thank.you for making our first post covid holiday so memorable Thank you and much love Davy and Liz xx Attention to detail second to none xxx

It is the best 3* hotel in Patong we’ve ever been! To tell the truth, I thing it’s more than just 3*. Many thanks to Roman and his team for their hospitality and kindness! Hotel has very advantageous location and any possible service needed, including bike for rent just on place. Next time on Phuket only in Sun Hill Hotel))

Nice and affordable place, away from the busy and noisy city.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. You could see it was quite old but it was well maintained and quite spacious. It even had a small kitchenette. The location is away from the city and is very quiet.

It depends on the purpose of your trip. If you want to be near the city center and the attractions than this place is too far away. I wanted a hotel close to a villa my friends hired and this was closest. Therefore for me the location was perfect.
