Amazing food (3 course dinner), really helpful and friendly staff

The location of the lodge is a long walk from the slopes but they include over-snow transfers 4pm-5pm each day.

Outstanding

Where to begin. It was our first time in Perisher and we loved everything about our stay. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Very friendly and helpful staff. Matt and his staff were very welcoming and made us feel home. They provide pick up from the ski tube terminal to the lodge and also daily pick ups from the bottom of the slopes to the lodge. The lodge is cosy, clean and has an amazing view to the mountain. The lodge also offers a spa, sauna and steam room. The food was very tasty and delightful. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend Boonoona Ski Lodge. You won't be disappointed.

Very pleasant stay.

Meals were excellent. Facilities made it a home away from home. Staff were friendly.

Our room was small but adequate. Unless snow cover is good it is not possible to ski down from the lodge to the lifts.

It was okay.

The location was great. Dinners were really homely. Great service of being able to pick us up at the Ski Tube and then dropping our luggage off at the time we wanted so that we could still ski on our last day. Great transport for skiing in the morning and in the afternoon.

We were told we could have lunch but there was no pick up or drop off available back to the ski lifts. It is advertised as a ski in and out resort but it wasn't which wasn't their fault as there wasn't enough snow but then they should have provided more drop off services. I didn't think the staff were that friendly. Even the chef (who I guessed was Matt's wife) didn't even greet us. Not an overly friendly place and I work in customer service! The bed was uncomfortable and the toilet was not clean at all and I ended up cleaning it myself! During CoVid times, I would have thought this is something they would be more careful about. Toiletries were only a bar soap and toilet paper.

Staff are great and the food is 5 star for adults.

For what we paid it was not value for money. Beds uncomfortable and one pillow from the 90’s. Per person, had to ask 3 times for a top sheet. Rooms are very small. Kids meals are fry ups, again not what I paid for.

Ski Holiday at Boonoona

Boonoona Ski Lodge had an amazing family atmosphere. The hosts Matt and Lou were the most helpful down to earth people. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The lodge is warm, cosy and clean, with a beautiful view of the snowy mountain. The location was perfect for skiing and snowboarding, with Perisher Ski tube less than 5 minutes away. Matt picked us up and dropped us off when we wanted to ski in his oversnow vehicle. The meals were 5 star! Everything we had was delicious!! Highly recommend this property, our family of 5 had the best time! Thanks Matt, Lou and the crew at Boonoona Ski Lodge.

Cozy hotel with great staff, but few little things could have made our stay 1000 times better.

It was a great hotel, staff was super friendly, made you feel like home. Hotel was super clean. Location was amazing, view on the slopes, walking distance to ski lift and shuttle service if you didn't feel like walking.

The facilities in the room were very poor. Bar soaps, no shampoo, wifi had to be asked for. In house bar was great but while dinner was being prepared it was not attended so you had to go look for staff every time you wanted to order something. No price list (expect for wine) so had to guess how much your bill was going to be. I missed info on the resort from the staff. how to get there best, where and when to get your ski pass, get your ski rentals.

Did not makeup room each day, no fridge or tea/ coffee facilities in room. Room was a bit small for 5 people.
