Helpful hints and personable service. GREAT location for Olympic Park precinct visits.

Grace was very helpful. Very engaged level of service. At first, I thought all the signs in the room were your typical control freak host type personality but I couldn’t have been more wrong. They were just helpful hints to make the stay easier.

A good comfortable hotel to stay if you are visiting that area.

Comfortable hotel within walking distance to Strathfield Station and major transport links. Large clean room with kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. Good mattress on the bed and aircon. A good spot to stay if you are visiting the Strathfield and Olympic Park area.

I had requested a ground floor room but that didn't seem to have gotten through to the hotel so was on the 1st floor. You can park on premises for a cost of $45 per day. On street parking is limited to 2 hours only.

Exceptional

Fantastic staff that cannot do enough for you. The rooms are very comfortable and the facilities are great, such as the washing machine and dryer. The location is excellent, especially for the Olympic Park venues and trains to the city.

The car parking on the street is such that you have to move your car regularly.

It was close to where my colleague needed to travel to each day and there was a desk to allow efficient working

it was close enough to the train line that the trains were pretty noisy going past at night, and ended up with a lot of noisy people walking past right outside the window late at night I assume going to/from the station.

Pleasant and good location, clean and not over crowded

I don't think there was an option to use wifi. I also was not aware about booking a park. Otherwise was a great place to stay would definitely stay here again

Disappointing

Location

Dried blood on pillow case from previous people who stayed there. Frozen food left in freezer from previous occupants.

Poor

Rude and arrogant front desk personnel who didn't stop talking and lecturing. Not accommodating to guests as she arrogantly thought and boasts she was. Will not apologize for her mean attitude as she thinks she was always right. The saying "Customer is always right" does not apply to her... it is the other way around. Rushed check in procedure as she has another place to go so the guest's inquiries were not addressed well as she wanted to leave asap. Discrimination is real for her...

Prefer upstairs room. Reasonably quiet but some noise from down hallway.

Convenience to train station and shops.

Great place to stay in the geographical heart of Sydney

more like an apartment than a hotel room. Staff were amazing and friendly. Nothing was too difficult- Grace was a font of local wisdom from great places to eat through to the best directions to services. Would definitely stay there again

Be careful! Check in time is only 2-7pm!

Check in time was only from 2-7pm. When I called them to ask any flexibility for the check in time the lady was really rude and aggressive.

Deceptive

The room is spacious enough in a rectangular way and contains a small table with hard plastic chairs and a flat pack wardrobe and bedside cabinets. It also has two comfortable (although only one used) double beds. The bathroom was of an adequate size with a small shower cubicle. On the positive side, it is located very close to the local city railway and a reasonable sized shopping centre.

When an accommodation describes itself therefore as “Executive Accommodation”, there can be a reasonable expectation that the accommodation is just that little better than average. Not so with regards to this place. Upon arrival, the receptionist appears to have been away from the counter and one gained access to the door only when another guest was able to open the front door with a key you get after you have registered. Upon entering, the receptionist appeared to be engaged in other duties which from her point of view to be more pressing than registering a new guest. All done with a singular request for a signature (once the appropriate registration form was found) and the handing over of the keys with directions to go out the door and turn right. Going out the door meant going back onto the street, which was most confusing. Eventually she led me to a side door where, somewhere my as yet unstated room number existed. It was only by guessing that the very small number engraved on one of two keys gave any indication which room this might be. There was no need for the key initially however since when the room was finally located (which requires walking through a fitness room), the door was widely (wedged) open anyway. The room contained a small table with hard plastic chairs and a flat pack wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Power outlets were along one wall hidden by the beds, making access to connect a laptop difficult as requiring a shifting of the table to the beds. There was no guest compendium which meant having to locate the receptionist yet again to acquire the Wi-Fi password, and once a connection was made, it was very sporadic. Small shower cubicle. No Face cloths.

Everything, the receptionist, i booked the room as king double sized bed but the room had two king single beds and the staff told to join the bed and sleep. Utter rubbish and horrible.. The microwave didnt work as well. Never ever going going to stay there. I want a refund.
