Nice restaurant, like the bar in the 12th floor. The staff was very friendly and professional. Like the Eliana Mall and the cinema too.

The bed size's are too small, they said " king room " but the size is only for one person

The Eliana Hotel staff have great customer service skills. Mr. Dawit, the supervisor, was so warm and welcoming and kind. I truly enjoyed my stay & a lot of that had to do with how exceptional the staff were.

Break fast is delicious, staffs are very helpful, location is awesome e except some rooms are exposed to noise from the nearby road.

Staff were helpful especially as I was a last minute booking. The bed comfy and the room was very big. The shower was good and hit which is rare in Ethiopia. Breakfast had good variety.
Door was very hard to open, curtains didn't close fully. The food I ordered through room service wasn't good,the fries were cold and the salad was not good.

The fitness centre was awesome, really well equipped and a reason to stay here again.
Breakfast didn’t have much western food.
