When booking through Booking, I asked for a room with a connecting door since I have small children. We stayed at Granada luxury for 9 days. We had 3 rooms for 6 persons and we booked it thorough booking.com. According to our contract our payment option was as pay as property and the amount of invoice was in Euros. We paid by card while we arrived and did check in, and as the amount of our invoice was in Euros I thought that the currency of our payment would be in euros. 120€ has been deducted as a exchange fee (transaction fee) from my account by my bank. After sending multiple email to Granada staff, I found that that the Hotel used their turkish lira account ( card reader) for the payment that’s why exchange fee has been deducted from my account by my bank. in addition, we upgraded our room due to messy and smelly condition of our room which we Generally, it is not a good value for money at all. The hotel is crowded and noisy. It is not a good place for those who are seeking for a relaxing and calm place since it is noisy. The standard room was smelly and noisy, the smoking smell surrounded in the room and it was disgusting. Do not recommend it at all.
