Modern atmosphere, on-site bath, ample parking, good room layout, plenty of shopping minutes away by car.

The pillows weren’t too comfy, AC seemed a bit old.

Complimentary ramen was awesome. Onsen was nice, spa with massages and facials was nice and the front desk was very helpful to book. Great location.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable.

My family and I stayed at Dormy Inn for two days. The staff we're very helpful and nice. The rooms we stayed in was very satisfying and clean. I was able to borrow a electric bike where i went around and it was very convenient for me. I love that there is a public bath, sauna, karaoke, small reading place and massage.

The receptionist was rude. We told him it was our first time to stay there but every time we asked something like how to use the sauna or location of vending machine he made a face and giving us some impression that we are the one who is making stupid question or something. We should have asked his name.

Felt like we were away from home at a spa when really we live in Sendai and just wanted to get away. Such a relaxing weekend! The onsen is one of the best I’ve visited.

Just felt like you couldn’t find food options close by. If you dont have a car you’re stuck.
