BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD, WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE GRAVY AND BACON AS AN OPTION OCCASIONALLY. BEAUTIFUL FACILITY WITH GREAT VIEWS. REALLY ENJOYED THE STAY.

THE LIGHTING WAS NOT GOOD IN BATHROOM VERY DIFFICULT TO SEE WHEN APPLYING MAKEUP. ALSO, AS MENTIONED ABOVE TO ALTERNATE BREAKFAST OPTIONS WITH BACON AND GRAVY WOULD BE GREAT. SADLY, THE RESTAURANT WAS OUT OF THE 2 MENU ITEMS THAT WE WANTED TO ORDER BUT THESE THINGS CAN HAPPEN.

Staff was friendly and personable. Very knowledgeable about places to see. Room was clean and comfortable. Also as described and pics seen.

Not a breakfast person but, very much enjoyed the coffee. Also enjoyed the seating set-up & must say the staff was very friendly.

The mattress in the sofa bed in our room was terrible. Definitely needs replaced. Very satisfied with the room & the size.

The room could have been cleaner, and no one came to clean the room during our stay,. We were told we would be supplied with two bottles of water a day but we didn’t receive any other bottles except for the ones we received at than check-in. Breakfast could have had more flavor but did offer several options to choose from.

The beds were uncomfortable, the seats were kind of scratchy and hard. I also didn’t realize that the incidental charge to be held was $200. I believe that needs to be disclosed on the booking app before you book at this hotel.

The location was excellent. Driftwood bar and grill excellent!!! The bartender was awesome.. he held the bar and menu for guest.Total quality of service!! Staff and housekeepers are very professional. Overall wonderful experience

The hotel was clean, the lobby staff were very professional and thorough (Kristen especially was fantastic!), the room was spacious and clean, breakfast was wonderful with a great view of the Ocean, parking was even great and elevators were fast. No complaints here!

My only suggestion I could make is an extra lock (located higher up) for the sliding door out to the balcony mainly for folks with children. Just a safety feature as we have a 2 year old who cannot unlock everything. Just an extra safety feature for parents like us. If I had to say what I didn't like, I would say just an extra roll of toilet paper and the correct amount of towels. 3 of us for 3 days, we only had 4 towels and 4 washcloths to start. Overall it was fine. We elected for a housekeeper to drop by on the 2nd second to freshen up the towels, toilet paper and take out the trash and they did just that! I can't pick this place apart as it's probably one of my top contenders in Myrtle Beach!

nobody cleaned my room i stayed for 4 days they only took my trash once since i arrived everything very good except cleaning

No oven

The breakfast was great, the pool area was nice and the lobby area was clean, very close to the beach and the surrounding areas were very close in walking distance. Only reason I would stay again would be because they accept pets.

The front desk person had an attitude, the room smelled bad and the bed sheets looked like they were stained. The shower was dirty.

The grill and bar employees were wonderful

Booked the wrong nights. Wouldnt let me rebook with them-had to do it with booking.com because of some agreement they have with them. Cut my foot badly on the balcony sliding door frame. Oceanview should mean oceanside...it was more of a partial ocean view. I didnt like the fact the elevators required a key card. It was hard to navigate the building to the parking garage.

It is a modern building, the breakfast is not bad at all,

I did not like that many guests bring their dogs and the rooms, elevators and corridors smell of dogs

Love that the property is ocean front and pet friendly. Also the hotel gives you a modern look. The fire pit was great also.

The room itself wasn’t that clean there was pieces of someone’s else hair In shower and throughout the room. Also had a problem with charges to room that I had to get corrected twice with the same staff member. Pay close attention to your bill

How you couldn’t lower the ac to where you’d like it to be. It was pretty warm in our room.
