Distracție și voie bună!

Patul este foarte confortabil. M-am odihnit extrem de bine. Personalul este amabil. Există posibilitatea de parcare subterană, contra cost. Nu am avut timp de spa, dar mă voi întoarce pentru asta. Am auzit că e ok.

Doamna de la curățenie a venit pe la ora 15, după ce ne-a văzut că ne-am întors, deși au fost momente în care am văzut-o stând la povești. A intrat efectiv peste noi și chiar nu ne așteptam. În hotel, în week-end, vin și persoane din exterior, respectiv tineri, care sunt destul de gălăgioși. Noroc că am stat la un etaj superior.

Шератон! ОЧЕНЬ удобная кровать, хороший санузел.

Один день не было уборки, в отчете написано что была нажата кнопка "не беспокоить", но я ее не трогал, даже не знаю где она и как выглядит...-поэтому это обман. Менеджер не предлагал исправить ситуацию-это сильно расстроило.

izbegavajte ovaj hotel , iako nam je prijatelj iz Jordana objektivno bio sprecen da dodje zbog poznate situacije na Bliskom istoku , gospoda iz hotela se cak nisu udostojila da odgovore na zahtev za refundaciju troskova otkazivanja sobe . Neka , vratice im se to .

I enjoyed staying at Sheraton Novi Sad. Nice location with very good facilities and friendly staff

Hotel staff were very polite and friendly with great service mind. Breakfast and executive lounge were very good.

There was no facial tissue provided.

Nice bar / nice room, comfortable. Best novi sad can offer

No parking , no valet in sight or a sign. People parked on the area for drop off.

The rooms are generally comfortable, clean, the staff is very good. Breakfast is tasty

The hotel is at a distance from the center (2,5km), which is ok for adults but quite a challenge for kids. Also, the air conditioner in one of our rooms didn’t work well

Great hotel in Novi Sad.

Great hotel, located on the main road to the city, slightly outside the center. It offers a parking garage for a small fee and bicycles for rent (recommended - the infrastructure of the city favors the use of bicycles). Exceptional breakfast - varied and fresh. Nice spа on the top floor.

Classic and classy stay

Staff was very helpful . Management very underting that one of our bookings had to be cancelled last minute for personal reasons and no hassle. The bar is a great place to relax and great breakfast (could use a 2nd Coffee Machine)
